Excellent place to stay. Breakfast was great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking at the front is really great, back not so much. Hotel was clean and well maintained although rooms vould do with minor upgrades. Thank you to the staff and owners for maintaining and running this facility - the hotel is exactly as the pictures show

Convenient property. Very clean, nice rooms. Spacious, clean bathroom. Only the washroom would take time to clear the humidity & no blackout shades. AC worked well. Close to Reversing Rapids n Molson Brewery. Welcoming and friendly check-in and reception. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausages, cereals and make your own pancakes. Definitely recommend this hotel if visiting Saint John.

The lady who was tending the breakfast buffet was so considerate and personable. I have never seen an employee in that position at any hotel I have stayed in take so much care and pride in their work or work so hard. She was amazing. Wish I could remember her name. Such a friendly man at the front desk for check-in. And great easy directions on how to get to Reversing Falls from the hotel. Breakfast was good too.

Pros - Nice comfortable beds, well maintained property, nice pool. A little window opened in the room so there was fresh air. Crowded, ok breakfast. Very little options for food allergies, yogurt, liquid eggs that were very mediocre and bacon seemed to be rationed and people were lining up for the few pieces that came out at a time. Hot tub out of order. Clogged tub drain our room. I would recommend, but for the price I would expect more in NB
