Our room on floor 3 was big, clean, and had strong a/c during the 90F heatwave of June 2024. Comfortable bed. TV had Chromecast to allow streaming from your smartphone. One of two elevators was getting repaired, so we took the stairs half the time. Hotel71 is only a 2-minute walk to the old town's lower section. However, it's an uphill 5-7 minute walk each time you go to upper old town. Or you can pay $5 to ride the incline Funicular tram. Airport pro tip: have Uber drop you off at the SQDC building down the street, and you'll likely save $10 compared to Ubering directly to the hotel (only adds 3-4 minutes of walking). For breakfast, get a meal at L'Antiquaire Buffet.
