We thoroughly enjoyed our time here . Your staff was friendly and helpful and were always available . The amenities were great and the breakfast was delightful . The lobby is lovely. Service could be friendlier. Our room had three serious problems: (1) An absence of drawers to place clothing for long stays; (2) very poor lighting that made reading in bed at night almost impossible; and (3) the darkness of the room, combined with the dark carpeting, made it difficult to see and find things on the floor. Finally, guests need to be made aware of when there is going to be a street party that will have live music that may make staying in the room unpleasant or intolerable.

We liked the Old Quebec location as well as the walkable neighborhood. The hotel was charming and kept well maintained. Our room was kept exceptionally clean and neat.

Property was in a great location. We were not notified that there was an additional charge per night when we needed a rollaway bed until checkout. I was a little surprised given the rooms are already pricey. Also water was warm, but not hot in the shower. Enjoyed the complimentary espresso/coffee machine in the lobby. The front staff was helpful about giving us tips on restaurants and getting us complimentary bus passes.

I had a wonderful stay at the property. It was easily walkable to Palace Royale - and the walled portions of the old city. Plenty of close dining options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
