A small haven of peace near Uzès and the Cèze valley (at the heart of the Avignon, Nîmes, Alès triangle).
This pretty 100 m² villa and its garden are fully fenced with a secure heated swimming pool (electric curtain and bubble cover).
It has a pétanque court and a gas barbecue.
A ping pong table can be made available on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher).
The living room is equipped with a 123 cm flat screen TV, wifi, telephone, pellet stove, reversible air conditioning.
A master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed, the third with two twin single beds.

Mapokia is a beautiful villa situated in a superb location. The villa itself offers everything guests need for a perfect stay - it is modern, tastefully decorated, very clean and well organised. The garden area, where guests can enjoy the superb pool, is so relaxing and beautiful. The hosts are extremely kind and generous and do everything to ensure that their guests feel welcome and comfortable. We will certainly be returning to Mapokia in the future and we would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone wanting to visit.

La Villa MAPIOKA est une superbe villa bien équipée, bien décorée, confortable, au calme, au milieu de la nature permettant un séjour reposant et revigorant. Sa situation permet de rayonner dans toutes les directions et découvrir cette superbe région. Le plus dur a été après un tel séjour de la quitter et surtout de faire ses au revoir à Agnès et Christophe, hôtes magnifiques, accueillants, prévenants et de très bons conseils. Nous avons passé avec eux une soirée apéro inoubliable Die Villa MAPIOKA ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Feriendomizil, schön dekoriert, mit einer sehr gepflegten Aussenanlage mit Pool. Ein Ort an dem man sich entspannen und wieder Energie tanken kann. Das Ferienhaus ist von der Hauptstrasse direkt zu erreichen und viele schöne Sehenwürdigkeiten, bezaubernde Dörfer, Städte und Wasserfälle sind in der Umgebung zu entdecken und zu besuchen. Die Gastgeber Agnes und Christophe sind wirklich ganz bezaubernd und gastfreundlich und wir können dieses Urlaubsdomizil wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben 14 Tage in der Villa Mapokia verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit Liebe eingerichtet, sodass man sich auch dort gut und gerne aufhält und entspannen kann. Auch die Außenanlage ist toll. Mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem gepflegten Pool. Agnés und Christophe sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

Tout était parfait !
Notre séjour s'est merveilleusement bien déroulé. Nous avons été acueillis chaleureusement par Agnès et Christophe qui sont très attentionnés envers leurs hôtes. La maison est impeccable, avec un niveau d'équipement maximal : on n'a manqué de rien. La climatisation est très appréciable. L'extérieur est aménagé pour profiter et se reposer au maximum. La piscine est très agréable, au soleil toute la journée. Nous avons profité de notre séjour pour découvrir la région et la vallée de la Cèze qui ont un charme fou tout en étant relativement préservées du tourisme de masse.

Petit coin de paradis
Notre séjour dans la villa Mapokia avec piscine, accueillis par Agnès et Christophe, a été tout simplement exceptionnel ! Ils ont été vraiment gentils et attentionnés, nous faisant sentir comme si nous étions de la famille. Leur hospitalité chaleureuse nous a touchés et nous a permis de passer des moments inoubliables. Ils nous ont également partagé de bonnes adresses pour découvrir les alentours, qui se sont révélés être vraiment magnifiques. Chaque jour, nous avons été émerveillés par les paysages environnants et nous avons fait de très belles découvertes. Ce séjour restera gravé dans nos mémoires comme une expérience unique et enrichissante. Nous sommes reconnaissants envers Christophe et Agnès pour leur accueil parfait, leur bienveillance et leur disponibilité. Au calme, près d'Uzès avec superbe piscine!
Séjour dans le sud de la France, en famille, 2 adultes et un bébé de 10 mois. La maison est très bien équipée, et Christophe & Agnès sont très accueillants et à l'écoute ! A notre arrivée, le matelas de la petite était préparée ainsi que la chaise haute ajustée sur une chaise de table. Les chambres sont agréables, les fenêtres disposent de volets pour passer de bonnes nuits. La piscine est très bien aménagée et très agréable : parasols, transats et contour de piscine agréable. Point positif : très peu de guêpes autour de la piscine grâce à ce bon amenagement, ce qui est plutôt rare dans ce coin ! Grand merci pour tout !!!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Villa Mapokia. Villa impeccable et très fonctionnelle. Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir waren zu viert und haben einen Kletterurlaub geplant. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Klettergebiete von Seynes und Collias sind gut erreichbar und waren auch für uns passend mit einfacheren Routen ausgestattet. Der Ort Uzès ist sehr sehenswert, der Markt am Samstag ein Erlebnis.

Wir waren mit unserer 17-jährigen Tochter und ihrem Freund dort und haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Mapokia verbracht Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir von den Vermieter Agnès und Christophe sehr herzlich empfangen und zur Begrüßung standen im Haus ein paar leckere Produkte (Obst – Wein usw.) aus der Region für uns bereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Im Außenbereich gibt es mehrere Sitzecken und der Pool ist sehr schön. Über die Klimaanlage im Haus waren wir sehr froh! Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, außer den Hühnern des Nachbarn ist fast nichts zu hören. Von dort aus haben wir schöne Ausflüge nach Uzès, Nîmes, Avignon oder eine Wanderung zu den Cascades du Sautadet oder nach Saint-Martin d‘Ardèche gemacht. Von Agnès und Christophe erhielten wir dann abends bei einem Glas Wein noch ein paar zusätzliche Ausflugstipps wie z.B. dem kleinen Örtchen Goudargues. Das tolle Ferienhaus ist nur zum empfehlen !

Le séjour était au sommet de nos attentes. Superbe endroit, villa très propre et conforme à la description. Très propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour passer d'excellentes vacances. L'emplacement de la piscine est un plus pour la villa et pour notre plus grand plaisir. Nous avons été très bien accueillies à notre arrivée. Le panier gourmand est une attention très agréable. Nos hôtes ont été d'une grande sympathie, toujours disponibles mais très discrets. Toujours de bons conseils pour passer un merveilleux séjour. Das Haus und die Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und sauber und entsprachen der Beschreibung. Die Ausstattung war ungewöhnlich gut, so dass wir nichts vermisst haben. Die Vermieter haben sich stets um alles gekümmert und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist reizvoll und man kann die unterschiedlichsten Dinge unternehmen (Wandern, Kanufahren, Städte oder Märkte besichtigen oder einfach am Pool faulenzen). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, einen wundervollen Urlaub verbracht und konnten uns sehr gut entspannen. Das Ferienhaus und die Gegend können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus im Gard
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa Mapokia verbracht. Das Haus ist recht neu, modern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht (z. B. W-LAN, große Dusche). Komplette Küche mit Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine (auch für Pads), Toaster und Gefrierschrank, auch Dinge wie Backpapier und Spüli sind vor Ort. Waschmaschine, stabiler Wäscheständer, etc.. Die Fotos und Beschreibung geben alles sehr zutreffend wieder. Mehrere Sitzecken auf dem Grundstück. Sehr ruhig, auch von den Nachbarn her, meist nur Zikaden zu hören. Draußen der schöne Pool und die Tischtennisplatte, auch TT- Schläger werden bereitgestellt. Die Vermieter Agnès und Christophe sind sehr sympathisch. Von der Begrüßung mit kleinen Geschenken aus der Region bis zum zufälligen Treffen am Hoftor: stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Geben gute Tipps zum Essengehen in der Region und für Ausflüge in einer eigens zusammenstellten Mappe . Das Gard hat von schönen Städten (v.a. Uzès) und Dörfern (z.B. Goudargues) über Flüsse (Cèze, Gardon) und Monumente (Pont du Gard) viel zu bieten. Auch Ausflüge in die Camargue (1,5 h) oder nach Avignon (50 Min.) sind möglich. Einfach nur klasse
Wir (Familie mit 4 Kindern zwischen 1 und 8) haben die Zeit in der Villa Mapokia genossen. Agnes und Kiki sind unheimlich nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Haus ist sauber und alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist perfekt. Besonders mit kleinen Kindern ist es schwer was passendes zu finden. Auch eine sichere Abdeckung für den Pool ist vorhanden. Wir würden das Haus jeder Zeit wieder mieten. Danke für die tolle Zeit.
