Villa très agréable
Villa bien située, dans un quartier calme et à une faible distance des commerces et du centre ville. Grand jardin très agréable. Garage pour les vélos. Très bon équipement électroménager avec un second réfrigérateur dans la buanderie. Décoration soignée.
Vastes placards dans les chambres et le couloir, et le confort d'un dressing dans la suite parentale.
Literie très confortable à l'exception de la banquette BZ, située dans la chambre "annexe" en enfilade entre la suite parentale et le séjour, qui ne comporte pas de rangement.
En résumé : villa parfaite pour 8 adultes et 1 ou 2 enfants.
