This 16th century farmhouse is situated on the edge of a quiet hamlet, in its own grounds, which include a swimming pool, and a secure pond. Table Tennis, Badminton set and Wifi, also available. The property has been tastefully renovated to provide spacious and comfortable accommodation, whilst retaining original beams and stone walls. Ideal for a complete "break from it all", or as a base for touring the many delights of this region. Many activities nearby, including golf, fishing, horse-riding and karting. Within easy reach of Poitiers and Futuroscope, the Marais Poitevin (Green Venice), the Puy du Fou, the Loire Valley, La Rochelle and the Atlantic Coast, the beautiful Ile de Re and other islands, Cognac and much, much more. The accommodation is on one floor, giving a distinct "cottage feel". Combined lounge/kitchen/dining area comprising gas hob and good sized electric oven, microwave, fridge & washing machine.

Gite à la campagne avec piscine et proche du FLIP
Nous cherchions un pied-à-terre pour pouvoir profiter au mieux du FLIP. Ce gite répondait à nos attentes : une surface plus grande que les gites que nous avions les années précédentes, un proprio fort sympathique, une piscine pour un réveil tonique (elle est bonne quand on est dedans), une table de ping en extérieur, le tout à un quart d'heure du FLIP.
