Unable to find reservation
They were unable to find the reservation, and need to adjust with the room they had and not the one we booked, they offered a matris instead of bed. Very inconvenient when travelling with family. Billed multiple times. Its a nightmare with this reseevation. Highly reccomend not to book this hotel.
