Agréable séjour à Saint-Palais-Sur-Mer – été 2024
Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans la petite maisonnette de Saint-Palais-Sur-Mer en août 2024, bon emplacement à 10 min à pied du centre-ville et des commerces, plages, etc… Les + -L’accueil et le départ par les sympathiques dames de la conciergerie. -Le garage (car nous avons sillonnés la région à vélo) pour stocker en sécurité et entretenir les vélos -La place de parking protégée. -Le camping juste en face et idéal pour aller chercher la baguette le matin. -Tout est à disposition dans la location (ustensile de cuisine, nettoyage, etc..) et tout est de qualité (à souligner car tellement rare). -La localisation pour sillonner la région que ce soit à vélo (plus que conseiller car bcp bcp bcp de monde) ou à voiture (mais il faudra être patient 😊). Les – -La rue qui parfois se transforme en circuit de « F1 » tant les gens roule vite alors que c’est un lotissement….(mais ce n’est évidemment pas de la faute des propriétaires). -Faire attention aux Les pommes de pin qui tombent quand on prend l’apéro (heureusement nous avions nos casques de vélos) 😊 Bref nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette très belle et qualitative location pour qui veut découvrir cette magnifique région qu’est la Charente-Maritime. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au mois d'octobre dans cette maison très bien décorée et équipée ; elle est parfaite pour deux personnes et dispose en particulier d'un garage permettant de ranger des vélos. Nous avons apprécié également la disponibilité et l'amabilité d'Alexa chargée de l'accueil.

Very nice place!
Saint Palais is a great place to spend a week or two in the summer, and this small house has everything you will need. Great garden, modern kitchen with all possible appliances, one double bed and a couch that folds into another bed (it slept okay). Thing to take into consideration: there are no towels or bed linen available. Wel-situated, a 6 minute walk to the beach/center and bike rental at 5 minutes walking (petite Vadrouille). We had a great time!

Accueil, emplacement, équipement au top. Petite maison super sympa, bien placée dans Saint-Palais, très bien conçue et ultra bien équipée, comme une suite d’hôtel. Nous reviendrons !

belle maison en bordure de route
Maison bien équipée, très moderne avec couleurs vives. Super salle de douche. Environnement extrêmement bruyant car la maison est située sur une toute très passante (camions, voitures qui roulent vite) La nuit par contre c'est calme et vous pouvez dormir jusqu'à 7h du matin.

Belle petite maison. Déco et situation géographique au top. Juste un petit bémol : le manque de linge de toilette, notamment pas de tapis de bain. Pas suffisamment de lingettes pour le nettoyage qui nous incombe. A part ça, tout est nickel. Merci et bonne saison

Petite maison neuve, au calme, à 5 minutes à pieds de la 1ère plage. On peut rentrer la voiture. Bon accompagnement du propriétaire. Je recommande :)
