Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Das Haus war top in Ordnung und die Vermieter - wie ja schon öfter festgestellt - sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage einfach super zum Schwimmen - aber auch alles andere wie Gastronomie, Einkaufen usw. sehr gut erreichbar. War ein wirklich erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann. Es ist super sauber, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Von der Plancha bis zum Grill und extra Garage für Fahrräder und ein zweiter Kühlschrank für heiße Tage. Internetqualität super und die Lage ist durch die Nähe nach La Cotiniere super flexibel und zentral. Abends kann es, besonders am Wochenende, aber etwas lauter sein durch die Hauptverkehrsstraße. Die Vermieter sind absolute Herzensmenschen, wahnsinnig lieb und gastfreundlich!

Belle maison 3 chambres, bien équipée, avec cour close permettant de garer 3 voitures. Commerces à proximité (1.5km). Nombreuses possibilités de rando vélo au départ de la maison. Accueil sympa avec une bouteille de Pineau et un sachet de galettes locales.

Maison avec emplacement idéal
Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires avec en cadeau de bienvenue des spécialités de la région. Maison d'une propreté irréprochable et idéale pour passer des vacances en famille, la plage étant située à 200m de la maison, très appréciable de pouvoir se passer de voiture ! Vu le nombre impressionnant de pistes cyclables, les vélos dans le garage apportent un atout supplémentaire. Le petit "plus" serait qu'ils soient mis librement à disposition des locataires comme dans la plupart des locations et non loués.

Villa sympathique, spacieuse, fraiche au heures les plus chaudes et conviviale le soir. Meme si la plage située dernière la maison est charmante, les autres plages de l iles sont a moins d une heure en velo! Tres bonne situation.

TRES BELLE LOCATION SPACIEUSE ET BIEN EQUIPEE , JE LA CONSEILLE FORTEMENT.
- Accueil personnalisé fait par les propriétaires Mr et Mme Meynet, ils prennent le temps de bien expliquer le fonctionnement de toutes les pièces de la maison. (Un petit geste vous attend en arrivant : une bouteille de pineau des Charentes produite sur l’île et un paquet de gâteaux, donc les vacances commencent de suite.) - La propreté de la location à notre arrivée était parfaite. - Un dossier complet est fourni dès votre arrivée pour parer à tous problèmes éventuels pouvant survenir durant votre séjour. - La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée, nombreux placards, couverts et ustensiles de cuisine idéals pour les repas familiaux. - Le jardin est très vaste permettant de garer voiture et remorque facilement, des haies protègent votre intimité, un barbecue neuf. - Le petit plus, la location de vélo proposée, pour de longues ballades sur l’île, la piste cyclable passe devant la maison. - La plage de Matha située à 100 m à pied de la location et bien sûr, le port de La Cotinière et ses commerces à 800m. - Location idéalement placé pour tous déplacements touristiques sur l’ile. Mr et Mme Meynet, je vous dis simplement à très bientôt.

Un séjour agréable dans la maison Meynet
Avec beaucoup de plaisir nous avons passés une semaine dans cette maison trés bien équippée et propre. Nous avons profité des vélos dans la garage pour faire des achats et des tours sur l' île d' oléron. Nous pouvons récommander cette maison avec 5 étoiles!

-environnement très bruyant de par la route très fréquentée mm la nuit, calme très précaire inverse des dires du propriétaire Espace extérieur inutilisable de ce fait et de par la vue des passants dans la cour -mitoyenneté de la propriété non évoquée ds l'annonce -bruits divers: paroles des voisins,bruits intenses de tuyauterie dans la propriété -sortie très dangereuse du terrain sur piste cyclable -manque ou déficience d'équipements:cocotte min,lave vaisselle en pente,couvercle de cuisiniere dangereux Barbecue fêlé -Salle d'eau: aucune pression ds la douche,mitigeur dangereux -Cuisine:mitigeur sur évier cassé -Arrivée et installation bp trop longues -table à repasser trop petite Points positifs: -Equipement complet et en quantité très suffisante pour la vaisselle( quoique un peu obsolète pour certain) -Mise à disposition de tous les produits ménagers de base nécessaires et linge loué très propre,neuf et à foison -Nombreux rangements -Surface très correcte et logement lumineux -Proximité de la plage et des pistes cyclables -Emplacement très centré dans l'ile -Grande place pour velos,, voitures , remorque etc

Grande maison lumineuse et confortable, à quelques pas de la plage de Matha, et à proximité des commerces de la Cotinière. Piste cyclable devant la maison permettant de circuler sur l'île facilement. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires : merci.
