very spacious and modern villa with beautiful views
We were very happy here during our week in July. Owners are very friendly and helpful, including free use of the telephone! Kitchen and audio/video facilities were very nice (ipod, bluetooth etc). Everything very clean! Nice covered area outside for breakfast or dinner with splendid views over the mountains and sea. A few very small items prevented a 5 star: a noisy fridge was a problem during the night for one of us, swimming pool alarm went off once due to wind late one night (maybe switch it off?).

Magnifique vue sur St Pierre, notamment pour le coucher de soleil. IdĆ©alement placĆ© pour rayonner dans la rĆ©gion. Le point qui peut ĆŖtre lĆ©gĆØrement nĆ©gatif est qu'il faut prendre sa voiture pour aller dans les commerces ou en ville (Ć©loignĆ© de qqes km du centre). Nous avons sĆ©journĆ© dans cette maison du 30 juin au 19 juillet 2018. Tout d'abord, des dates de sĆ©jour assez modulables suivant les vols et Ƨa, c'est un vrai plus. La maison correspond parfaitement au descriptif et aux photos. Rien n'a redire. Tout est lĆ  pour passer un sĆ©jour plus qu'agrĆ©able: l'espace intĆ©rieur, les Ć©quipements tant intĆ©rieurs qu'extĆ©rieurs ainsi qu'un savant mĆ©lange entre prĆ©sence et discrĆ©tion absolue de la part de la propriĆ©taire. Comme annoncĆ©, la piscine n'est pas chauffĆ©e mais Ƨa n'a pas empĆŖchĆ© nos garƧons (10 et 15 ans) de tout de mĆŖme en profiter mĆŖme durant cet hiver austral. PrĆ©sence d'une ligne de bus assez rĆ©guliĆØre vers St Pierre mais la voiture est tout de mĆŖme un indispensable pour profiter aisĆ©ment des alentours. Je ne peux clĆ“turer ce petit avis sans insister sur la vue magnifique qui s'offre aux visiteurs depuis la maison et l'extĆ©rieur. La terrasse couverte est en cela le top pour pouvoir en profiter Ć  toutes heures de la journĆ©e. Bref, on a Ć©tĆ© tous les 4 conquis par le lieu. Avis aux prochains (chanceux) amateurs ;-)

Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bietet allen versprochenen Komfort und wir wƤren rundum zufrieden gewesen, aber leider sind die 6-8 Hunde der Vermieterin ausgebrochen und haben Pool und Veranda derart verschmutzt, dass wir sie an den letzten beiden Urlaubstagen nicht mehr nutzen konnten. Schade

AgrĆ©able sĆ©jour dans une villa magnifique au calme. Nous nous sommes reposĆ© en famille. La piscine est trĆØs bien entretenue quotidiennement et elle est sĆ©curisĆ©e pour les enfants. De tout confort et spacieuse, la villa offre une vue imprenable sur l'ocĆ©an et ses alentours. Sans hĆ©sitation, je recommande cette havre de paix. Les propriĆ©taires sont trĆØs accueillant. SƩjour agrƩable globalement
Piscine sympa occupĆ©e le soir par des crapauds (Ć  virer!) Beaux Ć©quipement (cuisine, salon-tv), dĆ©coration moderne, grands espaces. Une salle de bain Ć  chaque Ć©tage permet de gagner en rapiditĆ©. Belle terrasse avec vue sur les bas et la montagne trĆØs belle Ć  profiter en dĆ©but de matinĆ©e et le soir! Petit bĆ©mol sur le manque de foyer au bois et de barbecue dans le jardin. Le parking nĆ©cessite aussi de sortir en marche arriĆØre sur 10-20 m dans une cĆ“te un peu raide! Le village (commerces, boulangerie, pharmacie) est Ć  3-5 km. Tout dĆ©placement nĆ©cessite donc l'utilisation d'un vĆ©hicule systĆ©matiquement. La tonte de la pelouse avec les saletĆ©s dans la piscine auraient pu ĆŖtre Ć©vitĆ©e pendant notre sĆ©jour ... A noter la prĆ©sence de la propriĆ©taire sur place (occupation d'un petit logement en contrebas de la maison avec accĆØs direct au jardin et piscine ...), ce qui facilite le rĆØglement de problĆØme Ć©ventuellement avec une grande disponibilitĆ© mais entraĆ®ne aussi un manque d' "intimitĆ©" ... PS: Allergique aux poils de chiens, s'abstenir!
