Die Fewo ist gut ausgestattet und liegt recht zentral in ZentrumsnƤhe. Das GebƤude hat 3 Wohnungen. Allerdings hatte unsere Fewo keinen Stadt / Meerblick, denn sie ist auf der RĆ¼ckseite des GebƤudes. Leider gibt es keinen AuƟengrill. Da die Fewo an einer schmalen EinbahnstraƟe liegt sollte es recht ruhig sein, doch die direkte Nachbarschaft ist teilweise auch bis in die spƤten Abendsunden sehr laut (Feierlichkeiten mit sehr lauter Musik) und ein Nachbar an der Poolseite hat seinen Enten, GƤnse und HĆ¼hnerstall direkt an der Grenze so dass es am Pool bei entsprechendem Wind und der WƤrme zu einem straken Stall/ Kotgeruch fĆ¼hrt.

Un appartement confortable
Nous avons passĆ© un bon sĆ©jour dans l'appartement que nous avions louĆ©. SituĆ© Ć  15-20mn Ć  pied du front de mer, il est propre, bien meublĆ© (avec goĆ»t, d'ailleurs) avec de la jolie vaisselle (en abondance) et la literie est bonne. Un petit regret, il est orientĆ© sud-est et avec les arbres autour il ne voit pas beaucoup le soleil. Pendant l'Ć©tĆ© austral, comme nous l'a dit la propriĆ©taire, c'est certainement un avantage (par rapport aux deux autres qui sont Ć  l'ouest et sans arbre) mais pendant l'hiver austral (oĆ¹ il ne fait que 23-24Ā°), c'est moins bien! Un autre bĆ©mol, nous ne sommes pas fan de musique boum-boum plein pĆ“t (nous sommes retraitĆ©s) mais nous avons dĆ» la supporter deux aprĆØs midi (sur huit jours) de la part des voisins. Heureusement, on n'Ć©tait pas venu Ć  la RĆ©union pour rester Ć  l'appartement Ć  longueur de journĆ©e et les nuisances s'arrĆŖtent au coucher du soleil (18h). Les propriĆ©taires sont conscients de ce dĆ©sagrĆ©ment et tentent d'y pallier avec les voisins.
