Wonderful house in perfect location
The house is in a splendid location, gated community with pool access, beautiful views, with just about everything needed during a stay - all silverware and dishes, all neatly organized. The hosts are very kind - they met us during check in and (early) check out, showed us around the house pointing out all the things to pay attention to. We had a wonderful time, loved the proximity to the city and other attractions in the area, thank you so much for making our stay there great!

Kleines Paradies
Ferienhaus war wundervoll und mit Allem ausgestattet. Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen dort. Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie dort und hätten noch für mehr Personen problemlos Platz gehabt. Die nahegelegene Autobahn haben wir sehr wenig gehört und hat uns nicht gestört. Den Pool haben wir fast nicht genutzt, da wir lieber die zwanzig Minuten zum Strand gefahren sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieterpaar war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Nizza, Cannes und Monaco waren schnell zu erreichen und sehr sehenswert. Leider ging das WLAN ab mitte der zweiten Woche nicht mehr.

Magnifique lieu de séjour
Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à la restonica. Comme l'étymologie de son nom l'indique, ce lieu de séjour est unique. Les contacts tant avec la propriétaire, Madame Melzer, qu'avec Sébastien sur place, ont été particulièrement agréables. La villa, outre le fait d'être dans un état de propreté impeccable, est très lumineuse, confortable, très bien équipée. Le domaine est sécurisé et très calme, ce qui est très appreciable également. Ce fut un séjour magnifique et nous remercions notre hote pour sa volonté manifeste d'être à l'écoute et attentive aux besoins de ses vacanciers. C'est particulièrement agréable.

Une jolie maison bien équipée
Nous avons sejourné 3 semaines dans cette maison et y avons apprecié la qualité de la literie, les equipements, les exterieurs, la proximité avec la piscine (même à pied), la climatisation pour les nuits les plus chaudes. On entend l'autoroute mais on s'y habitude et cela dépend du vent. Merci pour l'accueil et la gentillesse des proprietaires qui sont aux petits soins. Eloïse

Traumhaus im Grünen
Toll auf dem Berg gelegenes Haus mit Rundumblick ins Grüne und auf das Esterelgebirge. Ausstattung in jeder Beziehung top, sehr sauber, Originalgemälde an den Wänden und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die deutlich hörbare, aber kaum sichtbare Autobahn.

Traumhaftes Häuschen
Es war ein rundum perfekter Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön im Grünen, der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum! Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Der Poolbereich ist auch ganz toll. Es fehlt insgesamt an gar nichts. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne dorthin kommen. Auch die Kinder haben es geliebt.

Komfortables Haus in traumhafter Lage
Es gibt diese Häuser, die man fast nicht bewerten möchte, damit die Nachfrage nicht zu hoch wird;-). Dieses gehört dazu. Aber natürlich möchten wir uns auch bei den sehr sympathischen Vermietern bedanken. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, denn das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Perfekt ausgestattet, ein traumhafter Blick auf der Terrasse, ein toller, großer Gemeinschaftspool in der Nähe, eine sehr ruhige, schöne, sichere Umgebung und ein großzügiger Parkplatz. Wir fanden alles noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Manchmal vermissten wir eine Klimaanlage, aber eigentlich haben wir uns auch in diesem sehr heißen Sommer sehr gut akklimatisiert. Ein Ventilator im Kinderzimmer war allerdings hilfreich, da ist das Fenster zum abendlichen Lüften etwas klein. Ansonsten konnte man die Hitze gut aushalten. Wir wünschen allen Folgegästen einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Ein wunderbares Haus mit einem traumhaften Garten
Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen und sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Der Garten ist wunderschön und lädt zum entspannen ein. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Schwimmbad super.

Das freistehende Ferienhaus bietet jede nur denkbare Annehmlichkeit mit einer großen Terrasse. Die Gastgeber haben uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet und sich auch während unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder per Mail nach unserem Wohlergehen erkundigt. Die Räumlichkeiten waren für uns (Ehepaar mit 3 Kindern) ausgezeichnet und gut aufgeteilt. Der Parkplatz für das Auto ist direkt am Haus. Sehr wenig Verkehr, daher liegt das Haus sehr ruhig. Die Nutzung des Gemeinschaftspools war herrlich unkompliziert. Alle waren jederzeit sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Jederzeit wieder! Wir empfehlen die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt!
