Located in the residence of Cap Esterel Pierre et Vacances on the heights of Saint-Raphael, a large Mediterranean village club in a private park of 210 hectares
The accommodation is in the quiet area of ​​"Hameau", near the golf course and the village. Power supply at 300m.

Très bel appartement dans le hameau privé de Cap Esterel, au calme, parfaitement équipé, proches des commerces, d'une piscine et de la plage (accessible en train ou à pied en une quinzaine de minutes). Magnifique terrasse, où notre ado a dormi pendant la semaine, avec vue splendide sur la mer.

Superbe vacances avec mes deux filles! Une vue magnifique qui va nous manquer. Le cadre est ideal pour.des vacances en famille. Le logement est confortable et propre. L'endroit est magnifique. Le petit plus, pas besoin de prendre la.voiture ( parking couvert) tout est a disposition sur place en prenant le petit train ( plage et village ). Acces aux piscines sans difficultés. Je recommande vivement!!!

Une Région à couper le souffle !
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! La résidence est toujours aussi sublime. Les cartes piscine sont un peu contraignantes mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de nous amuser ! Je tiens à signaler qu’il faut être un peu sportif… beaucoup d’escaliers mais de ce côté du hameau les soirs sont plus calmes et cela est appréciable ;) Concernant le logement, le seul petit bémol, les logements de cette résidence sont très petits ce qui avec deux adolescents est un peu compliqué, bon nous ne sommes pas souvent dedans donc on fait l’impasse. Le logement est néanmoins très bien optimisé et la vue nous fait oublier la promiscuité ;) Concernant la propreté, il ne faut pas être très maniaque ou alors comme moi faire un ménage plus en profondeur ! Mais cela correspond également aux passages de beaucoup de vacanciers qui n’en prennent pas bien soin ! Dommage pour le propriétaire qui lui est au petit soin ! En bref, nous ne voulions plus partir:) Je recommande ++++
