Le nourriture du restaurant était vraiment excellente ainsi que la serveuse qui connaissait bien les plats disponibles dans le restaurant donc elle pouvait nous conseiller. La chambre où nous avons dormi était très propre mais désuète et il n'y avait pas d'air climatisé.

Rive magnifique et chambre confortable
Nous avons hérité (réservation de dernière minute) d'une chambre avec fenêtre sur le côté de l'édifice, alors la pièce était peu éclairée, mais le frigo était de belle grandeur et les lits très confortables. La chambre était propre, équipée généreusement et nous avons bien apprécié la présence d'une table et de deux chaises devant la fenêtre. Le service était sympathique et la vue sur le fleuve de la salle à manger nous a enchantés.

Nice property. Clean room. Paper thin walls. Was kept up all night by music and nocturnal activities of couples staying in the next room. Not a very relaxing start to our vacation. Will not stay again.

Je ne savais pas que vous proposiez sur votre site des chambres d’aussi basse qualité que celle que l’on nous a réservé à l’hôtel la Gaspésienne. Je suis vraiment déçu. On ne m’a pas donné les 2 chambres que j’avais réservées dans l’hôtel mais plutôt dans une bâtisse à côté qui était auparavant l’Auberge des portes de la mer. L’une des chambres mesurait à peine 9 pieds X 10 pieds. Il n’y avait pas de frigo, pas chaise, pas de table, le matelas était bosselé. Le fond du bain était glissant et il n’y avait pas de tapis de bain. Il a fallu mettre nos valises dans la salle de bain. On nous a dit que si on voulait avoir des chambres équipées des éléments manquants cités plus haut il aurait fallu réserver directement sur le site de l’hôtel. On nous a dit que vous vous foutiez de la qualité des chambres, ce sont que les bas prix qui vous intéressent. J’avais réservé les chambres à l’hôtel et non pas dans une dépendance de l’hôtel. Il n'y avait personne à la réception de l'Auberge. il nous avait donné une clé pour y avoir accès

Premièrement, j’ai attendu 25 minutes avant que la réceptionniste arrive pour faire mon check in Tout le monde la cherchait Ensuite pire chambre de l’hôtel, 106 Pas de clim !!!!!!! Voyons nous sommes en 2024. Et il devrait y avoir un mur d’intimité entre la porte patio et le resto, tout le monde qui mangeait nous voyait assis ds le lit, assez ordinaire. Belle douche et plancher

The hotel restaurant view was beautiful, providing a lovely backdrop for our stay. However, there were several areas where improvements could be made. Our room, which was advertised as having a private balcony, turned out to be more of a public walkway to the beach, resulting in a lack of privacy. Additionally, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor and felt very humid, which significantly impacted our comfort. Unfortunately, these issues led us to cut our trip short by two nights. Addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

I was very excited to go to this hotel because the photos looked amazing. But unfortunately, when I arrived, they gave me a standard room with no view at all—not even of the garden. It was facing the street, and it was very noisy. The room itself was clean, renovated, and nice inside, but it was kind of small. There was also a smell, and there was only a fan, no AC. It was hot, and there was no microwave, just a coffee machine. I was also surprised that they have a restaurant, but it was closed on Sunday. I don't understand how a restaurant can be closed on a weekend and busy days. Luckily, we tried Captain Homards, and it was very good.

We couldn’t get into the annex where our room was with the key we received in check in . We had to return to the desk . However, Annabelle was apologetic and returned with us to the building with a different set of keys .The Chandler Room was exceptionally small , just enough space to walk around the bed on either side .
