Great location, average experience
The resort is located in a great location with plenty of parking along the main road directly outside the apartments. Key collection from reception was easy and all the staff were friendly and approachable. Access to the ski resort is fairly easy, after a short walk up the hill to the slope / lift.
The apartment we stayed (2 bed apartment - but can sleep an additional one or two if needed by using the sofa bed) has a master (double bed) and en-suite; and another room with two singles, and separate toilet and bathroom.
Kitchen and living area and large balcony all suitable for a weeks stay.
The apartment however wasn’t the cleanest, it was dusty, cobwebs on the ceilings of all rooms, I’m not sure the floor was cleaned before we arrived - let’s just say all our socks became very dirty very quickly walking around.
You only get one towel per person for the week, no additional towels provided for the pool facilities. Only one toilet roll provided, purchase more for a fee.
You have to do your own entire inventory of all cutlery, crockery etc and hand this back to reception within 24 hours - or face a penalty fee for items missing on departing.
The rooms are not serviced in anyway during your stay and you have to remove all bedding, have the entire kitchen area cleaned before you depart or face a penalty fee.
The pool and spa facilities are lacking - cold water, only one of each sauna and steam room open at any one time.
On the whole - an okay stay, but not 4-stars.
