Everything you need for a quiet holiday
Although we had trouble finding the house initially, all 10 of us enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need. It's in a quiet location on a path which visitors of the coast seem to think they have right of way and give you dirty looks as you drive past them. The local town and beach is within in a short drive or a bike ride. French shops have funny opening hours to the British so it's best to shop in bulk! It's a definitely French tourist area, we didn't see many British tourists. Restaurants were expensive so we didn't eat out much. The kitchen is well equipped and there's a BBQ. We enjoyed playing in the massive garden and swings. You can walk about 1km to get to the coast down a steep road. Dieppe is a short drive away and it has a great fresh/sea water pool. Calais is a 2 hour drive. There isn't loads of action packed things to do but the beaches are clean and the locals are friendly.

Week End en famille a proximité de Dieppe, magnifique maison avec de grands espaces, bien équipée et un jardin pour que les enfants puissent jouer sous le regard des parents sur la terrasse. Je recommande vivement !

Super séjour au bord de la mer
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison. L’emplacement au bout d’un chemin privé, la proximité d’un sentier GR, le super terrain sans vis à vis, bref tout était au rendez-vous pour ce séjour où l’on se retrouvait en famille. La maison était grande, propre et fonctionnelle avec une très grande terrasse. Le seul bémol était qu’il y avait de l’humidité dans l’espace au rez de jardin. Autrement tout était parfait.

Nous avons passé un agréable weekend au soleil dans le gîte de Caroline nous avons profité du lieu magique au sein d'un parc magnifique et très bien entretenu nous avons pu aller au bord de la mer en empruntant le GR situé juste à côté du gîte à travers les bois les petits et les grands ont adoré ces moments partagés nous n'avons pas rencontré Caroline retenue par son travail mais nous avons communiqué Caroline est très réactive.... Seul petit bémol qui peut poser problème avec des petits enfants : l'escalier intérieur qui descend aux 2 chambre du bas est dangereux nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Joyeux Noël en famille
Grande maison facile à vivre, pas fragile et confortable. Les pieces de réception bien séparées des differentes zones de sommeil, impeccable avec des enfants. L'environnement est parfait, donnant une sensation de bout du monde, les villages tout autour très jolis bien sûr, de belles balades en forêt et sur les longues plages de sable, à partir de la maison. Tout le monde etait ravi et enthousiaste Le seul bemol, l'escalier accédant aux chambres du bas, très stressant , nous obligeant à mettre un banc devant la porte, mais tout s'est bien passé grâce à notre vigilance. Nous conseillons vivement cette maison.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage und dennoch nahe zum Meer - Untergeschoss feucht
Wir waren mit 9 Personen (2 Familien) zu Besuch und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr geräumig und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Wald, das Meer erreicht man fußläufig nach ca 30min Spaziergang durch den Wald. Der Außenbereich ist mehr als großzügig, wir nutzten ihn für Boccia und Wikinger Schach :-) Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein zweites Ferienhaus, welches man nicht sieht. Die Mieter nutzen aber den Kellerbereich/Waschmaschine dieser Unterkunft mit: nicht erschrecken! Zwei Zimmer befinden sich im Kellergeschoss, bzw. durch die Hanglage des Hauses befindet man sich trotzdem oberirdisch. Leider war dieses Untergeschoss sehr feucht (unsere Bücher wellten sich) und muffig... ob es nur am feuchten Sommer 2023 lag, kann ich nicht sagen. Ich würde nicht wieder im Untergeschoss übernachten wollen.

Un accueil très chaleureux. Une villa cocon où on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. Tout est pensé pour pouvoir passer un bon séjour. Environnement pleine nature, entouré de verdure et d'arbres. On a adoré.

Séjour en famille pour Noël
La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée : la literie est de bonne qualité, la cuisine comprend tout le matériel dont on pourrait avoir besoin et le salon est aménagé pour accueillir tout le monde (nous étions 11). Pour ceux qui aiment marcher, il est possible de rejoindre la plage à pied depuis le gîte. Il faut juste être équipé car cela se fait dans les bois.

cadre idyllique et très bon contact avec la propriétaire de la villa
villa située près d’un chemin de randonnée donnant accès à des vues sur mer impressionnantes. Le terrain très boisé a permis aux enfants de s'amuser en toute tranquillité et aux adultes de se ressourcer. Nous y reviendrons en toute sérénité

Erholsame Ruhe mitten in der Natur
Das schöne Haus liegt mitten im Wald, keine Nachbarn, wunderbar ruhig, in der Nähe vom Strand und Leuchtturm. Das große Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Kamin und toller Fensterfront lädt zum Verweilen und gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Wir waren mit 5 Kindern und 5 Erwachsenen da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Caroline und Cédric haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren jederzeit hilfsbereit. Sehr nette Gastgeber! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße aus Köln! Dörte und Pascal mit dem Rest der Familie!

Que du bonheur !
Grande villa confortable et spacieuse jouissant d'une situation exceptionnellement calme dans un bois, tout en étant très proche de la plage. Parking suffisant pour 4 à 5 voitures aux portes de la villa. Un petit chemin pédestre offre une première vue sur les falaises et la plage à 2 minutes de la villa, et mène à la plage de Quiberville en 30 minutes. En voiture la plage est à 7 minutes, et le parking est aisé. Seul petit bémol s'il en faut un dans ce tableau idyllique, les plus tatillons pourront trouver la villa un peu défraîchie, mais sans jamais nuire au confort. Je le signale juste pour ceux là car pour ma part, vu la situation, l'espace, le calme, l'environnement, et le rapport qualité prix imbattable, c'est vraiment un détail. Autre information qui n'est pas un détail, les chiens sont admis. Je recommande cette villa sans hésitation.

Super séjour à la Villa d'Ailly
Week end très agréable entre amis. La maison est bien équipée et conviviale. Caroline est disponible et réactive pour communiquer et répondre aux questions. A garder sous le coude pour une nouvelle réservation !
