this pretty house of 90 m2 with reversible air conditioning in each room, is located in a quiet alley with private parking and electric gate for 2 houses.
With its sea view from inside and outside you are only 150 m from the sandy beach "La Garonnette"
Beautiful benefits and Italian stones on the floor and up to the ceiling in the bathrooms.
The first sandy beach is a 3-minute walk away, as well as the first restaurant / bar, and all the nautical attractions.
A little further away is the Nartelle beach by going to Sainte Maxime and 1200 m is the port of Issambres where you can leave for the day to make beautiful excursions on the Islands of Porquerolles where Saint Marguerite where to take the shuttle to get to Saint Tropez in 20 minutes.
Shops, Pharmacy, bakeries, SPAR store also on foot.

5 km from the center of Sainte Maxime, 15 from Fréjus and 20 from Saint Tropez.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen / living room, a bedroom with two bunk beds (90 * 190) overlooking the terrace, and a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink. A second bathroom is located near the entrance with also a shower, a toilet and a sink.
Each bathroom has a heated towel rail and a hanging toilet.
Upstairs: three bedrooms (double bed 140 * 190), two with solarium, television and sea view, a bathroom with wc, sink and walk-in shower.
The sea view terrace is semi covered, fully tiled up to the swimming pool built in 2016 with a dimension of 7 × 4 heated in half season (by salt chlorinator). An electric curtain is provided for your safety and that of your children.
All the comfort is there: sunbathing, deckchairs, barbecue, plancha, outdoor shower, washing machine, dishwasher ... For lovers of the sea, ideal location, very quiet, separation of neighbors by claustras.

Belle et calme maison - idéale pour des vacances en famille!

Great house! Compact but with everything you may want. Short walk to beach and two restaurants, 10 Mins to grocery store. House is in a residential (not commercial) neighborhood; we were glad we had a car to access other restaurants and amenities, although that isn’t necessary for those comfortable walking more. Electronic pool cover was so convenient and made vacationing with small kids more relaxing. Beds are approximately an America queen size. Owner was incredibly responsive for any questions.

Ein wunderschönes Haus für die ganze Familie
Das Haus hat eine tolle Ausstattung, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungen braucht. Die Bilder entsprechen den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Der Salzwasser Pool bietet an heißen Tagen eine tolle Abkühlung. Der Strand ist wie beschrieben nur 150 Meter entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation über die Agentur war unkompliziert.

Sehr schönes Haus. Pool und Terasse lädt zum Verweilen ein!
Super! Gab ein Missverständnis bezüglich Anzahl der Zimmer. Wir haben mit 5Personen alle Schlafzimmer benötigt, jedoch wird das Etagenbett im EG erst bei 7-8Personen bezogen. Das Problem wurde aber schnellstmöglich vom Vermieter behoben. Daher kleine Anmerkung: am besten vor Reiseantritt vermerken!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!
Super Lage mit Parkplätzen direkt vorm Haus. 3 min zu Fuß ans Meer. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt: Gasgrill, großer Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelspender, gute Terrassen-/Poolmöbel. WLAN war ausreichend, so dass 4 Leute parallel streamen können. Übergabe und Kommunikation lief völlig reibungslos. alle Zimmer waren sauber, auch der Außenbereich und der Pool waren gut gewartet. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 30 min nach St Tropez und 20 min nach St Raphael, wobei auch St. Maxime ausreichend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet.

Wunderschöner Urlaub, gerne wieder.
Wir haben die 2 Wochen in dem Haus genossen. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Der Pool war ideal um sich eine kleine Erfrischung zu holen, wobei das Wasser im Juli schon sehr warm war (das Meer war aber auch nicht viel kühler). Unser Kinder fanden es jedenfalls toll, direkt in den Pool springen zu können. Der Sonne konnten wir mit der Überdachung und den Sonnenschirmen gut ausweichen, so dass auch die heißen Stunden auf der Terrasse genossen werden konnten. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und stand uns jederzeit per Mail für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great accomodation, great location.
We staid for a week in the summer and had a wonderful time. The house offers everything to enjoy vacation - modern equipment including the kitchen. Good beds and well-working air condition in all rooms on top. The swimming pool is practical in size and adjults/teenagers can stand in each corner. The check-in and checkout was without personal contact and practical. The location is just great: The ocean with a sandy beach is just across the street. Plenty of restaurants around in Les Issambres or Sainte Maxime. And St. Tropez can be reached within half an hour by car our ferry.

Tolles Haus, sehr zu empfehlen
Ein sehr schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet mit einem schönen beheizten Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nähe gibt es auch ein sehr schönes Strandlokal, dort waren wir öfters essen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und nehmen viele schöne Erinnerungen mit.

Nous étions 6 adultes et un petit de 19 mois, la maison était très fonctionnelle et très bien agencée ! Très bonne literie, espace idéal, les repas pris sur la terrasse matin midi et soir tjrs a l’ombre, et intérieur parfaitement climatisé ! Choix entre piscine et mer a proximité, nombreux restaurants à côté ont permis à chacun de nous une autonomie très appréciable...je recommande vivement cette location à chacun !nous avons vraiment apprécié !

Wir verbrachten als Familie mit drei Teenagern eine wunderschöne Woche in Saint-Maxime. Nach der langen heißen Anreise waren der Anblick des Hauses und ein erstes Bad im Pool Entspannung pur. Den Pool nutzten wir intensiv, auch abends mit perfekter Beleuchtung. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts, besonders schätzten wir die Klimaanlagen und den Eisschrank. Das Auto brauchten wir kaum, da Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar waren. Empfehlenswert ist ein Ausflug per Schiff nach Saint-Tropez. Auch Saint-Maxime ist ein sehenswertes Städtchen. Alles in allem war die Zeit wunderschön und die aus den Fotos entstandenen Erwartungen wurden vollständig erfüllt.

La casa è davvero bella, ma davvero. Le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza della struttura che è veramente una villetta di medio/alto livello. Posizione ottimale con a 5 minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia de La Nartelle, con un piccolo supermercato a 5 minuti a piedi. C è anche una piccola spiaggetta proprio a 200 metri dalla casa. Piscina molto bella anche se viene pulita solo il lunedì mattina, quando invece secondo noi dovrebbe esser pulita ogni due giorni. Unica pecca la pulizia della casa che non era proprio ottimale, ma questa non è una colpa da attribuire alla proprietaria (che con noi è stata disponibilissima) ma alla donna che viene a fare le pulizie che secondo me se ne approfitta un po’. Per il resto tutto veramente come da foto anzi meglio. Casa da 8/10. Noi eravamo 5 ragazzi di 25/27 anni e siamo stati veramente da dio. Grazie Severine per la bella vacanza. Un bacio Fabio

Das Haus ist sehr schön und super gelegen.
Wir verbrachten leider nur ein paar Tage in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern. Der Pool bat genug Platz für uns alle. Abends grillten wir mit dem Gasgrill der uns zur Verfügung stand. Ein Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht sowie ein Jetski stand. Auch Cannes, Nizza und Saint Tropez sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Vermieter steht für alle Fragen offen und antwortet schnell. Wir sind total begeistert und würden gerne nocheinmal kommen.

Adresse coup de coeur !
Fidèle aux photos et à l'annonce, cette maison tout équipée ne manquait de rien. La terrasse a été fort appréciée pour tous nos repas avec vue sur la mer. De plus, la situation de la maison est un autre atout, idéale pour visiter la côte. Des navettes maritimes au port d'Issambres (à 10 mn à pied) permettent d'accéder à Saint-Tropez, sans encombres. Bref, nous recommandons fortement cette maison, allez-y sans hésiter !
