Charming 3* villa between sea and mountains with heated pool
18 km from Saint Tropez and 5 minutes from the centre of Cavalaire sur Mer, the 170m2 villa, classified 3*, is ideally located in a sought-after and very quiet area, close to all amenities and 2 km from the sandy beach!
We fell in love with the brightness of this house with its bay windows, the volume of the living room, its garden with trees and the several terraces with different atmospheres (pool side, garden side, sea side or in the shade under the eucalyptus ....)
The swimming pool is south facing and heated from mid April to the end of October (removable protective net securing the entire pool installed at the request of holidaymakers for the protection of children).
The villa is composed of an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a functional fireplace, an open plan fitted and equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with storage space separated by a large bathroom with shower area. These two bedrooms are very bright because of their direct access to the terraces. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, one of which is very large, with a skylight (no windows), shower room with toilet.

CLEANING IS COMPULSORY AND MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADDITION TO THE RENTAL PRICE (FIXED PRICE OF 250€ INCLUDING VAT TO BE PAID ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL).
During your stay, a cleaning lady can be put at your disposal on request (fixed price or hourly rate to see on the spot).
BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL OF THE VILLA.

Herrliche Herbstferien
Wir haben uns drei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt in ihrem Haus. Es bietet viel Platz, was in der Jahreszeit wichtig ist, wo man nicht mehr nur draussen ist. Der Garten ist prima gepflegt und die verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten bieten immer genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Kinder haben natürlich den Pool geliebt, auch wenn es mal geregnet hat.
Verbessern könnte man die Lichtquellen im Wohnbereich, zum Beispiel über dem Esstisch und hellere Leselampen.
Aber für die Mehrgenerationenferien war ihr Objekt perfekt. Noch ein ganz grosses Kompliment an Hafida Benssaber, die sich immer umgehend um alles gekümmert hat.

Die Villa in Cavalaire-sur-Mer war ein Traum!
Die Lage der Villa war spektakulär umgeben von einer malerischen Landschaft und wenige Autominuten vom Meer entfernt. Die Ausstattung der Villa war luxuriös und geschmackvoll mit einem wunderschönen Pool und Garten der zum Entspannen einlud. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub!!

The South of France in perfection.
A dreamlike house in the mountains with sea views that leaves nothing to be desired. The pool is very large and heated. The beautiful garden design with great attention to detail was very striking. The furnishings are also very tasteful and so you can relax in the house even when the weather is not so good. The contact with the owners and the service on site was excellent, we were always helped very quickly. A clear recommendation from us. We would love to come back.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort. Der Pool war schön warm und konnte dadurch gut genutzt werden. Denn das Meer war noch zu kalt für die Kinder.

Un séjour inoubliable
Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (5 adultes et un bébé) dans cette superbe villa.
Tout est pensé pour le confort des invités, la maison est décorée avec goût, très bien équipée, les chambres sont propres, spacieuses, la piscine sécurisée et chauffée.
La vue sur les hauteurs de Cavalaire est splendide. De nombreuses terrasses permettent de profiter pleinement des espaces de vie.
Enfin, je tiens à souligner la gentillesse de notre hôte, Isabelle, avec qui la communication a été parfaite.
Merci encore de nous avoir si bien accueilli. Nous reviendrons avec joie !

Erholsame Tage im Idyll
Wir durften 3 Wochen in diesem Traumhaus verbringen und haben diesen wundervollen Rückzugsort sehr genossen. Die Villa liegt wunderschön, ist sehr geräumig und ruhig. Der Pool wird uns fehlen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles, liebe Isabelle!

Drei Wochen mit Wetterglück
Bei schönstem Sonnenschein haben wir Ende Sept/Anfang Okt 2022, zwei Wochen zu zweit und eine Woche zu sechst, die Villa, Garten und Pool genossen. Grosszügiger Living, gut ausgestattete Küche, drei Schlafzimmer mit gutem Standard, schade, das vierte ohne Fenster (nur mit Lichtschacht). Gute Betreuung vor Ort durch die Concièrge, die Gärtner und Poolboy. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Villa mit schlechter Verwaltung
Die Villa Cyrano ist sehr schön, hoch- und neuwertig ausgestattet, mit großen, eingezäuntem Außenbereichen und ruhiger Panorama-Lage in den Bergen und kurzer Autofahrt zu Stränden und Ort.
Leider müssen wir folgende Mängel kritisieren:
Zusätzlich zu dem nicht unerheblichen Mietpreis, sind Nebenkosten beim Check-in vor Ort zu zahlen.
Zum einen, eine Endreinigungsgebühr EUR 200,--, über die auf der Buchungsseite nicht informiert wird, jedenfalls kann ich keinen Hinweis dazu finden.. Die Information über diese zusätzliche Zahlung erfolgte erst wenige Tage vor Anreise vom Vermieter.
Des Weiteren ist zusätzlich pro Person und Woche für Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu zahlen, worüber aber zumindest im Kleingedruckten der Objektbeschreibung informiert wird. Wenn man - wie wir - zu zweit reist, muss zwar das Wäschepaket für 2 bezahlt werden, die zweite Bettwäsche haben wir aber erst erhalten, nach dem wir uns beschwert hatten.
Eine Grundausstattung an Toilettenpapier, Müllbeuteln, Geschirrtabs war nicht vorhanden. Bei Anreise an einem Feiertag ärgerlich, aber die Verwalterin brachte uns dann zumindest kurzfristig das Papier.
Der Pool ist schön, wird aber wohl nur einmal wöchentlich gereinigt/gepflegt, was unzureichend ist, in einer Region mit regelmäßigen Winden und einer Pool-Umgebung sandiger Hügel. Nach 3 Tagen war dementsprechend der Boden des Pools versandet. Eine Schutz-Poolabdeckung war nicht vorhanden - wird aber in der Beschreibung des Hauses beworben.
Ebenso beworben wird der Pool als "beheizt". Das war er auch ohne Zweifel in den ersten 2 Tagen - badewannenwarm mit 28 Grad. Obwohl ab dem 3. Tag die Außentemperaturen auf über 30 Grad anstiegen, wurde der Pool immer kälter - am letzten 6. Tag nur noch 23 Grad auf dem Thermometer., gefühlt unbeheizt..
Angegebene Check-Out Zeit ist 10:00, aber bereits ab 08:00 begannen Reinigungsarbeiten im Pool und Garten, ohne dass die Gäste darüber informiert wurden.
Somit konnten wir Pool und Garten am Abreisetag nicht mehr nutzen. Eine Endreinigung vor der Check-Out Zeit noch während Anwesenheit der Gäste,, ist aus bisheriger Lebenserfahrung zumindest ungewöhnlich. Aus hygienischer Sicht für nachfolgende Gäste problematisch.

Magnifique villa, tout confort et très agréable
Très bien accueilli, la propriétaire est charmante.
La maison est magnifique, large salon, 4 belles chambres, très belle terrasses tout autour de la maison. Piscine agréable. Vue sur mer. On a adoré.

Gerne wieder !
Sehr schönes helles Haus, mit mehreren Terassen und somit der Möglichkeit ,Schatten- oder Sonnenplätze aufzusuchen. Vier schöne ebenfalls helle Schlafzimmer, eines davon aber mit Lichtschacht und ohne Fenster. Alles sauber und gepflegt und sehr netter Kontakt zu den Eigentümern und zu der Agentur vor Ort.Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Magnifique villa tout confort proche de la mer
Nous avons passé un super séjour à Cavalaire. La villa est est très agréable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une semaine agréable en famille ou entre amis (piscine, plancha, table de ping pong, climatisation, ...). Elle est à 5 minutes du centre de Cavalaire, ce qui permet d'aller à la plage rapidement et sans bouchons (stratégique pour le golfe de St Tropez!).
La propriétaire était disponible à chaque fois que nous avions une question, tant avant la location que pendant.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et silencieuses.

Time to remember
We were allowed to spend three weeks in this beautiful house this summer. During two weeks we were a family of four, in one week the grandparents joined us.
We enjoyed this time very much, for several reasons. Thanks to the two floors and the various seating areas around the house, we could sit together comfortably, but also find peace and quiet in the shade. The pool is nice, even if it is behind the house. However, especially in the evening this gives you for a little longer sun. The front yard offers enough space for two or even three cars. The garden is wonderful and the sea view is better than in the photos.
As mentioned, the house is really beautiful. It is very stylishly furnished, the beds are very soft in all the rooms we used, and thanks to three toilets (two of which are proper bathrooms) you can really spend a good vacation with six people. The kitchen with everything you need is complemented by an outdoor plancha - perfect for a barbecue. Other positive aspects are the professional handling of the rental including the handover, the regular cleaning of the pool and the fact that we could even rent a crib, high chair and all kinds of linen.
Actually, there is only one rather negative point, which probably has less to do with the house, but the infrastructure in the region: The Internet was at times so bad that you certainly cannot work, but also poorly watch movies or videos. However, it was enough for streaming music.
We would certainly rent this house again.
