Nous avions demandé à avoir une arrivée hâtive lors de notre réservation car notre fille avait une compétition et avait besoin de se préparer pour être présente à 16h. Lors de notre arrivée, à 14h30, le préposé à la réception nous a mentionné qu’il n’y avait aucune possibilité aucune car les chambres n’étaient pas prêtes. Il n’y avait rien à faire. Le mieux qu’il pourrait faire était 15h. Nous avons accepté car nous étions vraiment mal pris. Finalement, il a dit que pour 30$ nous pourrions avoir la chambre maintenant…et nous avons payé. nous avions téléphoné la veille pour savoir si il y avait un divan- lit dans notre chambre et on nous a dit non. Nous avons donc payé pour un lit pliant mais en arrivant sur place, il y avait effectivement un divan-lit. Parcontre, on nous a refusé le remboursement pour le lit pliant car supposément nous avions eu une chambre différente que celle réservée. Tous les autres préposés à la réception étaient vraiment courtois et sympathiques, même au retour de notre compétions le samedi soir vers 23h, la jeune femme a pris le temps de s’informer et de discuter lorsque nous sommes arrivés pour chercher des serviettes.

Stay away of this terrible hotel
Everything was terrible in this hotel, the staff and service were more than terrible.customer satisfaction is the last thing the care about and these were the exactly words said by receptionist with attitude and yelling and that was just because we asked to change the room which was ugly and dated.

The employee that served us was extremely rude and irrespective. The hotel was extremely full with young children screaming and running all over the place. Zéro accès to the pool as it was taken over by the hockey teams. Got kicked and coughed on multiple times. The pull out bed for the kids was crooked and the kids barely slept. Back pain in the morning. No wine glasses in the room. Only plastic cups. The breakfast is so full you can’t move and unable to access the waffle maker because the line up is so long .

Grandkids getaway
