True, it’s a bit hard to be enthusiastic about someplace when one has dragged a bag for about 25ish minutes through unfamiliar streets from the train station, but once I oriented myself, I found Hostel Salamanca well located for exploring old Salamanca. The staff was wonderful, and would have been better if my Spanish was good. My room was basic with my own bathroom which is how I like to travel.

No nos gustó que al llegar nos atendió una señora muy mayor que no sabia bien ni cobrar con el datáfono, nos quería cobrar 49€ de más porque nos cobraba el parking, pero el parking no tenía plazas, nos dijo que además no costaba 10€ como lo pone la aplicación sino 12€ y que es lo que ella cobra guste o no en un tono muy despectivo. En la habitación no había secador de pelo y las sábanas tenían pelo de otra persona la habitación estaba sucia llena de pelusas de polvo por todo lado sobre todo debajo de las camas y el baño igual, tuve que pedir que cambiaran las sábanas usadas de camas y limpiaran bien la habitación y el baño o nos íbamos. Luego se excusaron y al revisar el baño seguía teniendo cosas sin limpiar bien, me toco explicárselo a la de la limpieza como debía hacerlo.
