Nice Hotel in Great Position
Nice hotel but had trouble getting into room with key pass. this happened repeatably. Shower base fall meant water kept running into bathroom. This can be fitted by running a strip along edge of base. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Extremely comfortable bed and shower, nicely done rooms and we had a nice view of the cathedral. We also had a balcony with flowers overlooking the pretty little courtyard.

Hip modern hotel
Cool, modern hotel in a quiet area of Salamanca. We liked the quick easy check in process. They send you codes to the main door. You'll use their registration automated screen to finish your check in and obtain your room key. The room was extremely clean. Nice comfortable bed and soft sheets. We really liked that you could connect Netfilx or other devices to the TV screen. Nice hot shower. The bathroom had a strange smell of cologne and tobacco, maybe it came from their vent system? The only we didn't really care for was the cafe. The vibe and decor in the cafe is awesome, but the food was odd and overpriced. Guacamole filled burrito (Yes, maybe don't order a burrito in Spain), strange dressings in their salad, and 6 euro for a small cookie. Even with the cafe we loved our stay, and would definitely stay here again.

The property was great! I really liked the automated entry system. I used my Apple Watch to unlock my room! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The courtyard and cafe were great as well. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the property was. It is located in a quiet but great part of Salamanca, 5 min walk from the main square (city center).

non ci siamo...
Al momento dell'arrivo non ho trovato nessuno in reception, contrariamente a quanto detto scritto e detto telefonicamente. Casualmente ho trovato un operatore dell'hotel che mi ha accolto ed ho potuto fare il check in ed entrare in camera. La camera è carina e abbastanza pulita (anche se in una federa del cuscino ho trovato la stampa di una scarpa...), ma apparte questo per il resto l'ho trovata pulita e molto grande e bella. Colazione molto buona (a pagamento). nota veramente negativa: la mia camera era a piano terra, la notte è stata molto rumorosa, sbattere di porte continuo che non mi ha permesso di dormire tranquillamente, al contrario ho avuto un sonno disturbato.

Original pero inferior a las 4 estrellas
El hotel es muy original. El personal AMABILISIMO. Agradecemos especialmente la ayuda y trato dispensado por Esteban. Solo que la habitacion, para estancia de tres dias era insuficiente. Baño incomodo y minusculo. Cama y almohadas blandas. Toallas magnificas La domotica muy bien, al igual que la tv. El aire acondicionado no era potente. En general: aceptable pero las 4 estrellas no creemos que correspondiesen a este hotel. El desayuno escaso, tazas muy pequeñas y falta de oferta: fruta.

Boa localização e péssimo pequeno-almoço
A localização é óptima, os quartos (superior) são de espaçosos e a decoração no geral é óptima. A parte negativa é que parece um hotel low cost, desde logo pelo check-in que tem de ser avisado com 24 horas de antecedência e com acesso todo por self-check-in e uma casa de banho disfuncional e pequena. A parte pior é o pequeno-almoço (evitar): pequeno-almoço não é buffet (é a pedido limitado a uns menus prefeitos) e como só está uma pessoa a servir demora imenso tempo para satisfazer o pedido (com apenas meia duzia de hóspedes demorou meia hora a servir o pequeno almoço). No entanto a pessoa que serviu foi sempre muito simpática e atenciosa, reconhecendo a limitação de estar a servir sozinha. O NH e outros hoteis na zona são muito superiores e a diferença pequena de preço justifica a eescolha desses outros hoteis.
