The staff are exceptional,from housekeeping ,Magerrita ,bar service Sithal and Mariaya at breakfast service to name a few. Hotel is very clean and comfortable and after travelling through 15 different countries and staying at many different hotels, we where glad we ended our hotel stays at AC Marriot,before our long flight back home to Australia. Highly recommend this hotel.

Accommodation good; breakfast poor
Reception staff very good, were able to make a change to the allocated room quickly- the rooms overlooking the road are quite noisy unless they are high up. Breakfast was poor. Small things : running out of cooked food, milk carton had fallen over in the ice bucket and was diluted with water, food order forgotten about, cheap sliced bread for toasting, just made the meal unpleasant. The Servers were good in rectifying problems but it was tedious to keep asking. Otherwise a good stay

We arrived and were greeted by an excellent receptionist. The room however had areas where the headboard was ripped and the bed was simply two singles pushed together. Not the queen size bed we were promised.
