The house is ideally located in Manchester with a great location, walking distance to parks, supermarkets, restaurants, and Manchester city centre is just 5 mins away It is perfect for people exploring Manchester for leisure or vacation or for work trips.

The property is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 4 double and 3 single comfortable beds. This stylish and modern house can accommodate up to 11 guests.

The kitchen area is fully equipped and has all the basic cooking utensils such as pans, knives and folks, chopping boards and everything create an amazing meal.

Upstairs, you will find the bathroom with fresh clean towels provided along with free toiletries; shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, soap etc.

Dedicated 1 GB super fast internet that will attain to all guests internet needs with no interruption

washing detergents available for use with the washing machine/dryer

THIS HOUSE IS FOR THE FOLLOWING -

*EATING
*SLEEPING
*WATCHING TV
and using your iPhones, Ipads and laptops

1. WE NOW HAVE VOLUME DETECTION MONITORS IN PLACE

*You tamper with them or take them off the wall... it lets us know
*You smoke in the house... it lets us know
*The level of volume goes over the reasonable threshold... its lets us know

You breach any of these things once, you will be warned, you breach again, you will be asked to leave with no refunds, please respect the sound volume and neighbours

2. no additional sound systems permitted (beatpill, sound boxes, ect) this is not that sort of property

3. No smoking allowed
4. No pets allowed
5. Please turn off the lights and the heating when you go out
6. Please respect check-in and check-out times
7. Please take extra care of the keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee
8. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit
9. Please don’t rearrange the furniture
10. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises
11. Check-out time is at 11 AM
12. Please kindly check around carefully and don't forget to take your belongings (under the beds, bedside tables, bathroom cabinets etc

A damage deposit of £200 will be taken and returned back to you once you've left and the house is checked over

Money usually returns back to you in 8 to 14 days
