The unit was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive to our messages. The kitchen was fully equipped and the shower was great with a lot of hot water. Location was perfect as right in downtown Salida. Highly recommend this property.

One of the best we've been to!
We absolutely loved our stay in this loft. The place was perfectly located, easy to get to with assigned parking, exceptionally clean, and very well stocked. Check in was a breeze and check out was very simple. The owners obviously take immense pride in their place and it SHOWS. My family has stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years and this definitely ranks at the top. We are already making plans to come back to Salida and will certainly book this place again.

An excellent mini-getaway
My wife and I stayed at this property for a two-night mini-getaway to Salida. It is a very comfortable property without any quirks or irritations. It was also very well located--as a guitar player, there was an extra bonus in being located above Rocky Mountain Mercantile where local luthier Jeff Bamburg crafts his instruments.

Great location!
This was the perfect place for my family’s spring break trip to ski at Monarch! It’s 30 minutes from the mountain and steps away from restaurants and shops. The interior is beautiful and clean and accommodated our two kids (10 & 12), husband and myself. This place had everything we needed and we plan to stay again the next time we visit Salida.

Amazing place
I had booked the space for a date and plans changed. The host was amazing to work with and helped with that change. Very beautiful place to stay. Super quiet, clean, and inviting. Amazing view off the deck both at night and then for coffee in the morning. Walk right out the front into the business district. Would recommend this place to any and everyone. Hope to stay there again sometime.
