In December, 2020 all the units of the Palace Hotel were sold as individual condos. Prior to this, unit 305 was referred to as the Madonna Mine Suite. Named after the large silver mine that brought and employed many early residents of Salida. This large 2 bedroom suite has been completely remodeled and refurnished. The Luxe Suite at the Palace Hotel is the best place to enjoy a luxurious modern experience in a beautiful historic location.

This suite offers:
-Newly remodeled 2 bedroom luxury suite on the third floor of Salida's Historic Palace Hotel.
- 1 king bed
-1 bunk bed (full over queen)
- pull out sofa in the living room.
-Full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils and accessories.
-2 TV's ready to stream.
-Wifi
-Guest Laundry
-Located downtown just steps away from the Arkansas River, Riverside Park, shops and restaurants.
-Street Parking
-Please note- there is not an elevator in this building.

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchenette, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent and toiletries.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

Lovely downtown Salida stay
Great stay. Beds were comfortable. Nicely decorated. We appreciated the complimentary coffee, we drank it all! Dishes were super cute. We even used the deck of cards! We will recommend to friends. Loved the communication before we arrived, very complete. We enjoyed being able to walk to both dinner and breakfast.

Beautiful And Great Location.
Adorable, spacious apartment with phenomenal downtown location. Close to the river, park, restaurants and shopping. Salida is a gem of a town. Not an issue for us, but it is located on 3rd floor and I don’t believe.there is an elevator. Stairs are quite wide and spacious.

Found mice droppings inside the sofa sleeper. We were unable to use the sleeper which left us without the additional bed we were counting on! We left a note upon check out and have not received any communication from the host!

Very much enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect and accommodations were very comfortable. Just a heads up that there are only stairs and the climb to the 3rd floor with luggage should be considered. Definitely would stay at this property again!

White & gold, clean & well lit vibe!! We enjoyed our stay being in the heart of downtown along the River. Next door was ice cream for the eve & breakfast sandwiches in the am. Plenty of parking options. Cool AC, comfy beds and enjoyed Netflix to unwind at night. Pretty park across the street that has live music, location on main street (and still quiet at night) that was great to find plenty of places to eat!! Even my teens approved. Loved our stay, thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay! The apt is well decorated and the bed was comfortable. AC was appreciated and hard to find in Salida. The apt is at the top of three flights of stairs (no elevator), so consider when booking. We would have liked more communication from the property management company regarding check in and our request for additional towels (we never got a response).

Great cozy space
This was an awesome location and a very cozy space. It was very clean and well updated in an historic hotel which was really cool. It’s on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so multiple bags of ski equipment and cold weather gear plus groceries was a bummer to take up and down the stairs. I would recommend this place for sure. Very quick communication from owner as well.
