The website advertised free airport shuttle then did not have a spot for us from 730-1030, our tv did not work, not convenient to airport, no coffee or water in lobby. Carpet did not seem clean . We were quite disappointed in the Dakota Edinburgh. Check in was very slow, we felt pressured to dine at the hotel and our Internet in the room never worked at all. The hotel is very dark and gloomy inside and the rooms are also dark.
