Beautiful House, excellent location
Several families staying here spread across both houses. The main house is beautifully done. Pool was perfect to cool down in. Unspoilt views. Great location 5 mins from small local village with great restaurant or 8/10 mins to main Challans town, 20 mins from beaches. Would recommend

We had a wonderful stay and particularly enjoyed the lovely indoor and outdoor living spaces in and around the main house.The pool was a real hit with our grandchildren. The location was very peaceful with nice views across the surrounding fields.

Fabulous stay in Vendée region
We thoroughly enjoyed the three houses for a one week stay with friends and family. The barn in particular is unique, spacious and very luxurious. Beach is not too far. We will surely come back, thanks !

A perfect holiday in total privacy. The pool was wonderful. The gite is comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen, a fire to keep warm if needed, plenty of space for us two, might be a little cramped with more people. Wifi was reliable. Our host was friendly and available if needed which we didn't. We had towels provided, and everything you need for basic housekeeping which, when self-catering, saves bringing it all with you! Supermarket 5 minutes away, beach 20 minutes. Lovely area to explore, fascinating wildlife. We would return.

A lovely gite, rural yet close to everything you need, with a fabulous pool!
We were a family of four and the owner Matthieu went to the trouble of getting an extra mattress for one of our sons so they didn't have to share. A lovely traditional Vendeen long house in a tranquil setting but a 5 min drive to supermarket. Lots of lovely beaches to visit. I would definitely recommend it!

Très belle maison familiale dans un écrin de verdure
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans cette superbe maison très confortable et bien équipée, et plus particulièrement dans la partie entièrement rénovée. Le cadre est verdoyant à souhait. Le jardin est doté d’une piscine sécurisée et de jeux pour enfants, ce qui est très appréciable. La maison est bien localisée: Sallertaine propose des activités (vélo, canoë…) et constitue un bon point de chute pour visiter la région (Noirmoutier, St Gilles croix de vie etc…). Les commerces sont à proximité à Challans (véhicule nécessaire). La communication avec le propriétaire (aussi amical que discret et réactif) a été très fluide. Nous recommandons chaleureusement!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans le calme dans un cadre verdoyant et proche des commerces (voiture indispensable). Les prestations sont excellentes dans la maison principale avec une décoration exceptionnelle. Elle est hyper fonctionnelle (même pour une personne en fauteuil roulant). La piscine est top avec les escaliers qui la rendent accessible sans soucis.

Séjour parfait dans un havre de paix
Une agréable configuration des lieux, deux maisons bien adaptées à notre famille, certains en télétravail pendant que les autres profitaient de la piscine à 29°c . La grande maison, très bien agencée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût nous a tous ravis . Au rendez-vous étaient aussi biches, cigognes, aigrettes ... Vacances très reposantes. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve en famille dans cette superbe propriété . Au milieu de la nature apaisante, en la compagnie des cigognes et hérons. Les enfants ont adoré nager dans la belle piscine. Nous avons passé une journée à l’île d’Yeux. Les plages sont à 20 minutes. Les commerces tout près. Et nous avons apprécié l’excellente literie. superbes vacances dans un endroit atypique
j ai séjourné avec mon époux et ma nièce dans une location d exception, un lieu atypique, on se sent aussi a l aise que dans une maison de famille (comme si j étais retourné chez ma mamie) , un accueil super chaleureux par un propriétaire très disponible ,très discret, le top des proprio... Je me revois assis sur le lit la première nuit , m interrogeant sur le devenir de mon séjour ( comme je l ai déjà dis une location très atypique), et le matin de nouveau assise au bord du lit avec un sourire émerveille j avais passer une excellente nuit (literie au top) et séduite par le charme de la maison, la vue sur la piscine, les champs.., j en étais sure mes vacances allaient être du tonnerre.. Et la piscine un vrai plaisir, chauffée juste ce qu il faut d une bonne dimension (10x5) on en a profite un maximum nage, jeux de ballon etc.... Si Mathieu n avait pas eu son projet d agrandissement , qu il nous a fait gentiment visite (plus moderne mais d un excellent gout et super bien équipé) on aurait déjà réservé pour l année prochaine

une semaine de vacances apaisante,à découvrir absolument pour qui aime le calme.
une maison "charmante" appartenant à une petite famille tout aussi charmante et très discrète.Si vous aspirez au calme, signez à deux mains pour y vivre 1 ou 2 semaines de rêve. Au départ un peu déroutés par le calme de la région ,le petit village d'artisans à 3 kms et les plages à 10 , 15 kms nous ont séduits. Les propriétaires nous ont fait découvrir leur projet futur pour accueillir plus de personnes, nous en sommes restés émerveillés , du très beau travail que vous pourrez découvrir en réservant vos vacances futures. Encore un grand merci à monsieur et madame Vrignaud pour leur accueil , nous leur souhaitons le meilleur pour l'avenir .Carine et Claude Devillers les belges.
