Fully equipped kitchen complete with appliances, dishes, filtered drinking water, some baking supplies and spices; outside bar-b-que; washer and dryer upstairs; and off-street parking with room for 3 vehicles or 2 with a boat/trailer.
* May, June & September: Minimal 4-day rental
* July & August: Minimal 7-day rental with Saturday Arrival
