Full basement apartment with separate entrance. Homeowner lives above. 1100 Sq. ft. provides lots of room to spread out, with tons of daylight. Close to hiking and biking trails and the Bountiful Temple. Just 7 mins. to the freeway and 19 mins. to downtown Salt Lake City or the airport. Snowbasin Ski Resort is just 50 minutes to the north, with Alta, Snowbird, Park City and Deer Valley within an hour drive to the south. Close to Lagoon and South Davis Recreation Center, with a park with playground just a 1-minute walk away.

This a a clean large place. I stayed alone the first night and my husband and kids joined me for the 2nd night. Communication was clear—check in was easy. Owners were extremely kind when my teenagers arrived and went to the owners living quarters instead of the basement as they were directed. Super owners.

Basement apt was clean and well equipped. Needed to use staircase to access unit. Check in and out went smoothly. Host communicated back to me code to access unit. Bed in one bedroom not real comfortable but other bed was fine. Heard noises from upstairs in evening and again around 6am. Good stay.

Nice basement apartment!
The place was beautiful and very clean. The only downfall was that I specifically looked for a place with a hot tub for my friend and I for our 40ths and once I got there, it was noted that the hot tub was only for owner use. I would take that off the listing so people don’t search for it, specifically. That was kind of disappointing. Also, the streaming on the TV was not working, so I used my laptop for movies and shows instead. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, along with the sectional and there was a lot of kitchen space. The decor is very cute too. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the view was beautiful also. The owners and their dog upstairs are very friendly.
