A less than positive experience
Ms. Bryant's house is nice from the outside. However, shortly after we were entered the house, we noticed problems that affected our stay that led to us seeking a partial refund of the eight (8) days for which paid to rent the house. The most problematic were mice/rodents that chewed through the bag of a bread and chewed into the sides of serveral slices. The owner claimed mice entered the house when the front door was opened. I texted photos of the bread. Due to her doubt, I froze the bread and brought it home with me. There is a window in the hall bathroom but it does not have a shade or curtain. The neighbor on that side of the house can see directly into the bathroom. My daughter refused to shower in the bathroom. The only other shower was in the master bathroom, so it had to be shared. The toilet in the hall bathroom did not flush completely. The tank does not fill up completely.The toilet had to be plunged just to get paper to evacuate completely. The owner told us that she would have a plumber service the toilet after our stay. We videoed the problem as the owner told us she stopped by and got the toilet to flush.Within one hour of our stay, the left side bracket for the toilet paper holder fell off the wall on the second pull. Every toilet seat is broken. The tops of the 3/4 are layered in dust. We were told to download an app to get the TV to play but it did not work the TV. The owner brought a universal remote on day 2, after we paid for the app.

No frills, but clean and good location
This property is pretty bare bones, but provided us with a clean, convenient place to stay near Salt Lake and the ski resorts. We enjoyed that there was a garage and fenced yard.

Perfect for the family
Our stay was great! The house was cozy and perfect for our family. There is a park for the kids down the street which was a huge win with my two. We loved that it wasnt far from our needs. Definitely would and will book again!

Double booked
We drove in 11 hours and we arrived to the property, there was a truck in the driveway. Strange enough. Maybe the cleaning crew? Uh NO, it was someone else that rented the property. I found it strange that the "okay, property ready" was never set to me as I was told it would be. So we asked the guy in the truck and the confusion began. I messaged the property owner/Mgr and she called. She acted stunned this happened and have various reasons as to how but ZERO solutions. She said she uses VRBO and other sites and "something" happened. We had communicated numerous times before the day we arrived so how can any property owner not know the property is booked? Only after demanding, I mean demanding an immediate refund did I get any sort of action. If you are going to offer a property to stay in, know how to manage it. Not to mention the person who was there stated they were already having issues with her.

Excellent Location and well set up
Some friends of mine and I traveled to Utah to duck hunt with local friends and this house was perfect. Comfortable rooms, great kitchen, and nice bathrooms. The garage was perfect to unload and store gear each evening with the laundry room right next to the garage. The kitchen was very nicely equipped and everything worked great. Our host was always quick to respond with any questions we had. I intend to stay here again when we return next fall.

Nice Home in A Friendly Neighborhood
I was very pleased with this rental home and would definitely stay here again. The home was very well-maintained with all the amenities and was situated in a very friendly, safe neighborhood. The home provides easy access to all sorts of shopping and recreational activities. The owner/manager, Lisa, was terrific to work with. She was very responsive and an excellent communicator. This house met our needs (skiing trip) well. The appliances and bathrooms are in good condition. The living room and family room are comfortable, and the kitchen is large and functional. We could have used a few items: tea kettle, hot pads, more silverware, a corkscrew.... But overall this is a good house in a safe neighborhood.
