This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom in-row townhome is 2,700 square feet with a well appointed kitchen and updated decor. The location of this home will put you on the slopes in minutes! Also endless hiking trails and summer recreation abound. Only 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake, 30 minutes to Park City.

Great Location, Lots of room
Great place to stay with lots of places for people to sleep. It was very hot and made the upstairs unbearable but the management was very responsible and were able to help us make it work. Would recommend and stay here again.

Close to skiing but otherwise Meh
The location for skiing little cottonwood is excellent! However, besides that, the condo is kind of depressing. There is no outdoor space. The unit gets almost no natural light, and just feels a little dank. The unit is full of little glade-style fragrance units which is definitely not something that everyone enjoys. The kitchen is tired, and the most under-equipped VRBO kitchen I've been in recently. There's literally NO spatula, one spice (cinnamon), no oil, vinegar, no nothing. Thankfully, there is a Smith's 2 minutes from the unit. We had a major issue with the dryer while we were there, which was a pain because we didn't realize until midnight and needed all the clothes for the next day. The dryer vent was clogged and the dryer wouldn't run. The management company responded mid-morning, but by that point our day had been disrupted. Worth noting - one of the bedrooms is down in the basement, while the others are upstairs. If you are traveling with very young kids, you may not be comfortable sleeping two floors away from your kids.

The property was very nice, we had 4 adults and 8 children and all fit very well. Had a problem with a bathtub not draining well but was taken care of very quickly. The fridge leaked water from underneath, unfortunately it never got taken care of. But overall the place is really nice.

Great house lose to ski resorts
My family and my sisters family stayed here for a week. We really enjoyed our stay at this property, as the kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The dining table is sturdy, and the eight chairs are comfortable and sturdy. Ditto for the 4 barstools. The gas fireplace is wonderful to have as is the seating area in the main hall. The kids enjoyed the play room downstairs, and all the various games. The only issue that we noted, was the inconsistent water temperature and pressure, the almost non-functioning light in the master closet, and the rickety bunkbeds. The oversized washer and dryer was much appreciated, and the extra pods as well. We had trouble with the internet, but it didn’t phase us since we used our hot spots. Overall, I really enjoyed this property and would stay here again.

The kitchen place mats, frying pans and glass cups were dirty. I cleaned them before i left. The parking area was very small. We could barely fit 2 cars and a truck there. Other then that i think it was a very nice place.

Comfortable and Roomy
This ended up being a great spot for a family get together. The rooms were large enough and plentiful enough that we could be all together or in smaller groups for various activities. Kitchen was well stocked, the ping pong/pool table was a hit, and we loved the park close by. Parking was fine, but the extra parking is a ways away. The downstairs bedroom was pretty cold. My only suggestion would be a deep clean to remove all of the fingerprints around doors and light switches. Highly recommend!

Pros: The vacation home was amazing! The photos are an accurate representation of the home: super clean and spacious so there was more than enough room for 5 of us. Wish we had more friends and family join us to enjoy the space! The kitchen had everything we needed from coffee filters to a wine opener and a wide variety of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Also, plenty of plates, cups, and bowls! There was enough towels for all of us, but maybe not for a full house. The restrooms were stocked with small shampoo & conditioner bottles plus soap bars. Our stay was for 5 days, so not quite enough but that’s okay because we brought our own. The house was also stocked with detergent & and dish washer tabs (enough for one wash a day). Beds and linens were comfortable & we all slept well! Well, except for the friend in the basement who moved to the bunk bed room on the third night (see below for why). Great location! We visited Solitude and Brighton and the drive was less than an easy 30 min. Cons: The “basement” bedroom is cold. Also, because the room is technically underground, whoever sleeps in this room can hear every house creek and crack and every water drip. It might be difficult for a light sleeper to get a good nights rest. Also, the pillows need a good wash. If more than one person is taking a shower, the water changes from hot to cold. Suggest everyone time their showers appropriately. The bunk bed room has a funky smell. My kids didn’t notice, but I did. Maybe it just needs an air freshener. Summary: we are so happy with the vacation home! It was always pleasant to end a long day of snowboarding in a very comfortable, warm, and homey space. Thanks to whoever put this home together! Truly a home away from home!

A group of friends have skied together for the past 50 yrs. We have traveled around the world and experienced many excellent accomodations. However we felt misled on the location related to public transportation. Across the street turns out to be more like a 1/2 mile trek. Most of the appliances function well however the dishwasher needs to be replaced. Parking was a major issue for our group as the garage will only accomodate a small vehicle and the pickup trucks were unable to utilize the space. Additionally the onstreet parking did not exist.

Utah Ski Trip
Great location if you plan on skiing Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude). You are only minutes away from these locations and maybe 40 minutes to Park City and Deer Valley. House was clean and layout was good for 5 friends on annual ski trip to Utah. There is a Smith's grocery store about 1 mile away also may restaurants within a few miles. Kitchen was well equipped with plates, silverware, and all the necessary cooking stuff. Garage is small, we barely fit 2 mid size SUV's in, but a large SUV or PU will not fit. Driveway is short and very steep, so parking on it can be a problem. Bedrooms are nice, except bedroom in basement had no heat source except a couple of ceiling ducts...was kind of chilly down there. Really could use electric baseboard heaters. There was an issue with the hot water. While taking shower water could go from warm to cold to scalding hot and then back. You needed to be careful. They may need shower temperature control values. As a general comment for all rental properties that cater to skiers, they need more hangers, wall hooks and drying racks. After a day on the slopes we usually have damp clothes that need to be hung to dry!

Clean place, excellent location
We stayed here with our adult children- 7 people in total. The pictures are a true representation! We had PLENTY of space to separate and then be together for games and movies on the huge comfy sofa. Kitchen is very well stocked! Ski areas all very close as is a grocery store. The communication with the management company was also excellent. There is a green space in walking distance with play equipment for small children . Overall a truly great experience!
