Just what we needed!
We attended "family weekend" at the University of Utah with my nephew. We needed a 3 bedroom house as my Mother and Brother also stayed with me. We had a small barbeque and the backyard was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. If we return next year we would love to stay in the same house!

The property was just what we needed. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is all one level, and the check-in process was easy. The backyard is completely fenced in with a good amount of grass. The back room with the king bed probably needs to have the carpeting steam-cleaned because it had a slight odor. The kitchen was fully stocked and well-organized. I would recommend this home to travelling families or those with pets. Great stay overall!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised on the VRBO site. Beds were comfortable. Extra blankets if you were cold and a fan in case you need air movement to sleep. I love the USANA bath products! Just might have to purchase some. WE also appreciated the variety of coffees provided with the Kurig. Highly recommend.

The location of the house was perfect for our reason to be in Salt Lake City area. The house was neat and tidy. The bed off the kitchen was not very comfortable and needs a better variety of pillows for different people's preferences. The description of the home was spot on. Needs serious cleaning and update.
We found the property to be quite rundown and not clean. The stove, furniture, blankets and bedspreads all need a very good cleaning. The outdoor furniture was in terrible shape and filthy! Two of the chairs we sat in were broken and we almost fell all the way backward to the concrete. It hasn’t been cleaned in years. The house itself and yard was very rundown. Dirty walls, light-switches, door/drawer handles all dirty. The kitchen had coffee. Nothing else … no creamer packets. We did find sugar and salt and pepper, but would not use. I feel bad for this review, but the property needs major maintenance and cleaning. We would not stay here again. The hostess very nice and accommodating.
