Hotel location is convenient in downtown. Beds are comfortable. There are spiders and bugs looked like gnats in the bath room. We inspected and not found bed bugs. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is decent. Overall good stay.

There wasnt enough parking one night, and im moving stuff in my car, I had a stressful night with my car just out in street parking. The dog policies were not displayed either clearly or at all on expedia, so i had a weight penalty to pay by surprise that wasnt advertised.

After reading some reviews I was a bit wary, but our suite was very nice and large, and the staff lovely. The breakfast was as good as any hotel with waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon, etc. Some might consider the hotel dated, but for me that added to its charm. Yes there was some sprucing up that could be done, but all in all it was very good, as well as very reasonably priced. I would stay again.

Welp, first I walked in to see a RAT outside the front door, check in went wonderful the staff was super nice! Then I went to my room, muddy footprints in the bathtub, dirty bedding, water wouldn’t heat up, ac was so loud. It was disgusting. Not worth the price and I’ll NEVER return

The cooling unit was so incredibly loud that it was impossible to sleep with it running. Worse was when it kicked on and off - it was so rough that it shook the floor. The piping in the shower was not attached so it was just lose in the wall. Finally, the sheets were so thin, they were practically gauze. The breakfast area was clean however.

The loud fan noise was constant during the seven nights of my stay, and even though it was reported, it wasn't fixed. I do not recommend this place.

Air conducting was LOUD (jet airplane, every ten minutes). Blew cold air directly on the bed-too cold and too loud. We finally turned the air conditioning off, so we could get some sleep. Window pane in window to outside parking lot was cracked and taped up, dirty windows. Curtains would not close tight-had to use stapler to close them for privacy.
