Good People Gross Hotel
Front desk people were great. Service is fine. The rooms are just really dirty and gross. Woke up next to a beg crawling on the pillow next to me. Shower looked gross, so just chose not to shower.

First I went to check in the lady tried to charge me after I had already paid. She still never checked me in and ended up just giving me keys and telling me to go. Then we get to our room it stinks, trash on the floor the door doesn’t lock the phone falls off the wall the bed sheet is falling off because it’s too small there is no trash cans in the whole place only one set of towels and they have hair on them the nasty dirty shower is broken and can’t be used. What a horrible place to stay! Never again.

Made the mistake of not looking at reviews before booking a reservation here. Pictures on the listing were deceiving. Our non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke, the sheets and towels were dirty, there were bugs in the room and it definitely seemed like a shady area. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Safety conscious?! Avoid this property!!!!
I can't think of anything positive about this property! The most concise accurate single word that this app will accept and not construe as profane or vulture is that this area and property has been DEGENTRIFIED! TO THE MAXIMUM LIMIT!!!

Good place for Grandma to stay.
It was just what I needed, personally - a clean, private retreat while making a visit from out of state to a young family. It was very conveniently close to my destinations with easy access to my room and nearby parking. Facilities for keeping food and preparing meals and simple well functioning heating/cooling controls were appreciated.

Dirty room
The room we booked was a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke. The bathroom light was not working and the room was very dirty. It was not cleaned well at all. The door didn’t close all the way and it was uncomfortable. The front desk lady Jamie was super helpful and friendly. She refunded us our money back. We booked this place because the pictures advertised looked really nice. The pictures are of a totally different property. Do not book here.

Bedbugs
we discovered BEDBUGS!! I was bitten over 30 times! The room was NOT clean, had stains everywhere, missing hardware, missing remote control, missing lamp fixture, an odd red stain in the bathtub. Police presence everyday we were there, multiple times through up the day for other various guests. Lots of shady people hang around, or stay at this property. Did not feel safe at all. Over flowing outside garbage cans added to the nastiness of the property. Asked to speak to a manager when we left, but none available.. nor did they even have a business card. So the maintenance man gave me the number of what I assume is the manager, will call him on Monday to discuss this stay. Very disappointed with this hotel. Even being a very cheap hotel, we expected a little better. Housekeeping just doesn’t do their jobs. When we got the room the first time, there was 1/3 roll of toilet paper.. had to get more from the front desk woman, who also mentioned that she is disappointed in the housekeeping.
They literally have a dumpster around the corner.. empty your f-ing trash cans!!
Trash removal is not a thing here!

Don’t be fooled by the price!
The only pleasant thing was the front desk lady and that was short lived. We checked in and were exhausted. We were thankful for early check in but maybe if they would have taken the additional time the bug carcasses would have been picked up and the lights would have been fixed. This place was terrifying. I couldn’t even shower without worrying about bugs. I didn’t have other options in my budget so we ended up driving back home which was four hours away cause we couldn’t find a replacement hotel. The cigarette smoke smell was so overwhelming we could barely breathe. Couldn’t open the room and vent by the window so we had to leave the door open and that was scary due to the other occupants of the rooms. The receptionist ever started yelling at one (who may have deserved it) but threatened to call the police after only 5 minutes after our arrival! I didn’t even wanna go back in the lobby to verify the details of my refund cause we just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.

I was not able to check in, as the front desk worker told me she could not rent to me because I supposedly damaged the room, and stole their keys, but the maid was cleaning the room as I was moving out, and I handed her the keys, and she told me thank you for making my job easy and not leaving the room messy or full of damages...The front desk worker must have thought I was some one else, but because she was refusing to rent to me I ended up sleeping in my car with my special needs child so if I could give negative starts I must definitely would!!!!

The office staff are the rudest people ever!! Jayme told me I can not extend your stay because of the damages to your room so please give us our key back and leave, I have not been there in over 5 months and was not trying to extend and I did not damage to the room I left there before because I had a place to go, and it's not like I wanted to go back but I wanted a place with a kitchen because I have a special needs child and I like being able to cook for him but honestly Screw Studio 6 and the front desk workers!!

This place was terrifying. The room was disgusting, not clean at all. Half the lights didn’t work and the covers for them were half off and crooked. The curtains were gross and disheveled. The bathroom was dirty, toilet not cleaned, towels had been used and stained. Had to wear my flip flops in the shower to even use it.the bed has crumbs and hairs in it, slept on top of the covers with a blanket covering it and the pillows. The area felt unsafe and the deadbolt didn’t even work. Used the chair in the dining area to secure the door handle for the night. The whole area outside the room was disgusting and never been cleaned. People outside in their cars doing drugs right next to our car. The whole area is beautiful but this hotel is terrible, unsafe and I couldn’t wait to leave,
