I found the listing for the Guest Apartment on short notice in a pinch. The pictures and description were highly accurate. Cleanliness is an A. Very comfortable and quiet; the indoor parking (in SLC in the Winter) is an added bonus.

Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood
All glowing things to say about this property. The communication was excellent. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The bed was soft which I liked, but if you like a hard mattress it might not suite your taste. Highly recommend this treasure.

Fantastic stay in Salt Lake
Great place to stay in the Salt lake area. Close enough to make it easy to get places, but private enough to have your own space to come back to after a long day. We would absolutely stay here again if we're in the area. Good communication from host and great apartment for a couple to stay at. 10 out of 10!

Very comfortable, quiet and secure property that is conveniently located to all thing in Salt Lake City metro area. The host is super sweet and very accommodating and the apartment is good size and well appointed. I’ll be returning in six months and highly recommend this property.

Lovely, quiet getaway!
Just as pictured, this is a beautiful place in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is a great value. The apartment is well ordered, clean and spacious with plenty of towels, linens and kitchen supplies. It has quite a large bathroom and the new king sized bed is very comfortable! Christine went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. She was prompt in all communication and very helpful. My favorite thing was how deliciously quiet it was. We didn't hear any noise from the adjoining home the entire time we stayed. The stairs weren't a problem for us and we appreciated garage parking. It would have been nice to have internet for streaming, etc, but we knew about that going in and didn't miss it. We enjoyed playing games instead. Thank you for a lovely stay!

One Night Stay
This was the cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in. The owner obviously takes pride in the rental and it shows. We spent one evening and did not do any cooking. The kitchen seemed well stocked though. I definitely enjoyed a real coffee pot vs. a Keurig. Linens were clean, soft and comfortable although we prefer a firmer mattress. Our preference not a complaint. The neighborhood is quiet, safe. We had everything we needed for our short stay.

Great location! Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Close to the mountains, downtown, and not too far from the SLC airport. Wonderful amenities and you have everything you need to cook and make coffee/tea. Christine responds quickly to questions and concerns. Comfortable bed and living space for relaxation. Lovely!
This is a lovely, quiet apartment above your own private garage in one of Salt Lake’s nicest areas. Quiet, clean, really nice soaps, lotions, linens, etc. Well supplied kitchen with modern appliances. We’re seniors and appreciated having “normal” cable TV and easy access to all of east Salt Lake. Christine is very easy to communicate with and we loved our two weeks!
