The check in with Joan is always lovely. I come up from vegas often enough and this is my destination to stay everytime. The only issue i had this time was the lotion dispenser was bone empty. One improvement i would like to see is on breakfast buffet add a protein other than pork.

All we can say is WOW. We were absolutely shocked with how kind the front desk staff was at this location!!! We loved the suite itself, it was equipped with a cook top, full fridge and more. Easily accessible from the main highway. The pool/hot tub was great. The gym looked good when we peeked in, although we didn’t get a chance to use it. Comfortable bed and really really nice toiletries provided (I actually searched to order some of the same brand once I got home).

Family birthday. We love this place! We’ve come here for staycations for a couple of years. We've always had excellent service, any request we’ve haf, the staff takes care of us! Our experience was not the greatest for a family of 4. We had previously called and confirmed our hotel reservation and the crib and were assured we had everything reserved. We got there right at 3pm and waited 15-20 min before we could check in, due to having their shift change at that time. Once we checked in we were told our room hadn’t been cleaned yet and it would be a few minutes. At first they said they didn’t have any other rooms and then said they had one room with one queen bed, even though I had booked a reservation with a bedroom and 2 queen beds. After several minutes, it was to be an additional half hour. We tried talking to them and they said wait or we can go somewhere else. The staff said it’s not their fault the rooms weren’t clean yet, it was due to previous guests checking out late. Front counter staff blamed everyone else and never apologized. Seems like management needs to retrain staff to be hospitable, maybe rethink scheduling shift change right when check in opens and perhaps hire additional housekeepers if they’re understaffed. I would not recommend this hotel based of my experience.
