Very thin blanket, bright lights outside with moth eaten curtains, not vacuumed properly, chewing gum on head board, stains / marks on sheets. Felt like an inconvenience on arrival then asked if I was checking out several times throughout stay.

The Indian man behind the counter, we believe he was of Indian descent, was extremely rude and would not give us information that we had asked for, as in a receipt. Receipt. He seemed irritated doubt we went through. Travelocity, he said as a third party or something. We. Never again

Old, outdated rooms. No Wi-Fi, cable down for long periods, ice machine out of service (seems to always be the case). Staff was non caring and appeared to be used to dissatisfied customers. Stay away.

Super nice man to check in. Property is pretty tired. In my room desk was missing drawers in the cabinet for hang your clothes. Had the doors ripped off. Only the hinges remained. I did not. It was OK but definitely not the Ritz Carlton. Lol.

The night hotel clerk was nice. NO one in the morning to help with questions. Room was disgusting and bed felt like the 1960’s. People knocking on my door 4 times throughout the night. Stains on every towel. Seems like a hooker and drug joint. Will never stay again.

The service was terrible checking in was a real pain and even upon Check-in there were customers screaming in the lobby made everything very uncomfortable including the crowd that hung around the hotel
