Overall a well stay!

Stay was comfortable and clean! Location felt safe and inside the hotel was overall well maintenance (friendly) except the pool/gym were out of service and breakfast definitely needed more options and attention!!

Disgusting

The hallways were disgustingly dirty like no one has vacuumed for a while the elevator stunk and had brown marks all over it our room was dirty like they hadn't vacuumed or mopped in a while we went to the store and bought a disinfectant to spray everywhere i would've just left but there was no refund i will never go back nor recommend to anyone i know! We also heard dogs barking all night and babies crying and we were on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hall!

Bed was comfortable but that's about all I can say was a positive. Fan in bathroom needs repair, toilet and bathtub were broken, shower curtain covered in soap scum and we had no hot water. Breakfast was free, and consisted of cereal and toast. Waffle maker wasn't working. Guess you get what you pay for.

This hotel was DISGUSTING! The carpet was stained throughout the entire hotel. I don't think the floor in my room has ever been mopped/vacuumed. There was dirt everywhere and weird goobers all over the walls. There was a blood stain on the pillowcase and makeup stains on the towels. There were little brown crusties in the bathroom that were either mouse poop or dead bugs. They should NOT allow pets because I had to listen to a very loud dog barking in the room next to mine all night! The breakfast area was dirty and not well stocked. Whenever a complaint was made to the staff their response was to roll their eyes and do nothing to fix the problem. I'm pretty sure the maid smoked in my room while I was gone. This was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! They need to totally gut the whole thing and then hire all new staff that can actually keep the place clean.

Don’t let the pictures fool you the area is scary and feels unsafe. Once we parked the back door was held open with a rock for anyone and everyone to come into the building who didn’t have a key. My mom and I felt unsafe as there was people on the stairs who smelt nothing but weed. The halls were messy we found an alcohol pad wrapped and trash bags just scattered. The carpets were nasty the ceiling was broken and had exposed wires or tubes. The room was decent. The door wouldn’t close unless you tugged on it. The bed was nasty! The comforter had yellow stains all over it. Honestly should’ve looked at the reviews and area better but don’t recommend this hotel at all!
