O imĆ³vel Ć© espaƧoso e muito confortĆ”vel, ambientes refrigerados, dispƵe de todos os utensĆ­lios na cozinha. O proprietĆ”rio muito gentil colocando-se Ć  disposiĆ§Ć£o para o que fosse necessĆ”rio. O condomĆ­nio Ć© muito organizado, conta com piscina grande e muito limpa. Como sugestĆ£o seria conveniente que fosse instalada ducha higiĆŖnica nos banheiros.
