MudanƧas do acordo, cobranƧas de taxas surpresas e excesso de exigĆŖncias.
Aluguei este imĆ³vel no perĆ­odo do Carnaval de 2018, efetuando o pagamento integral da estadia em novembro de 2017. Antes de fechar a negociaĆ§Ć£o, o proprietĆ”rio mostrou-se muito receptivo e solĆ­cito. Contudo, na semana antecedente do Carnaval houveram diversas mudanƧas do que tĆ­nhamos acertado, impondo novas taxas e exigĆŖncias, nĆ£o cumprindo o acertado, como exemplo: nĆ£o enviou o contrato de locaĆ§Ć£o; aumentou valor da cauĆ§Ć£o e exigiu ser em espĆ©cie; quis impor que a devoluĆ§Ć£o da cauĆ§Ć£o somente fosse devolvida 48h apĆ³s a saĆ­da; retirou o aparelho de som, apesar constar como uma dos itens do imĆ³vel; aumentou o valor da diarista do que tĆ­nhamos acertado; cobrou taxa de limpeza e taxa pelo uso dos produtos de limpeza; fez exigĆŖncias, atĆ© mesmo, pelo nĆ­vel da Ć”gua da piscina; cobrou por conserto do microondas, em que pese ter havido uso comum, inclusive apenas utilizado apenas pela funcionĆ”ria do prĆ³prio proprietĆ”rio. No chek-out, depois de muita discussĆ£o para devoluĆ§Ć£o da cauĆ§Ć£o, contabilizou os valores a serem debitados, incluindo as taxas de limpeza e conserto do microondas, sendo ainda necessĆ”rio aguardĆ”-lo ir ao banco para retirar a quantia referente ao restante da cauĆ§Ć£o. Enfim, decepĆ§Ć£o total por todo este degaste e por ter ficado desguarnecido do contrato de locaĆ§Ć£o com a discriminaĆ§Ć£o das taxas e exigĆŖncias, e ainda por ter efetuado o pagamento integral da estadia e o depĆ³sito da cauĆ§Ć£o previamente. A estrutura fĆ­sica do condomĆ­nio e da casa sĆ£o bons, entretanto, diante dos problemas vivenciados, nĆ£o recomendo a estadia.

Boa casa - 5 suƭtes, todas novas, espaƧosas e com ar condicionado
Pontos positivos: A casa Ć© ampla, nova, quartos e banheiros espaƧosos e bem limpos. CondomĆ­nio tranquilo e com bastante Ć”rea verde. Os proprietĆ”rios sĆ£o atenciosos. Pontos negativos: a praia interligada ao condomĆ­nio nĆ£o tem barracas. Para quem tem crianƧa pequena existem alguns pontos de inseguranƧa na casa (risco de queda na lateral da Ć”rea da piscina e na escada para o andar de cima, que ainda estĆ” sem proteĆ§Ć£o). O proprietĆ”rio pareceu um pouco inseguro com a locaĆ§Ć£o (a entrega da chave foi um pouco demorada e o calĆ§Ć£o foi pedido em dinheiro, o que particularmente me gerou desconforto). No mais, a estadia foi bem aproveitada. Recomendo!
