This is an older property in a busy coastal area of Salvador. Not a bad value for the offering. A nice breakfast is included and the location is convenient for walking/touring the coastal area.

The toilet seat bolt was broke and toilet seat flopped around. The toilet didn't flush worth a crap, even small excrements would haunt us, had to use plunger one time. I saw a cockroach almost every day. There were no channels in English, the screen was snowy, not many channels to chose from, couldn't get YouTube, the air conditioning quit two days before check out, and there was only one guy who spoke English. The very first day I went to check in I spoke English and he acted like he didn't understand, so my girlfriend talked to him, then he breaks out speaking English and I asked him why he acted like he didn't know what I was saying and his reply was, "I don't listen to anything." There are only three languages acknowledged for North, Central, and South America: English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and what do these people think the tourists will speak? Bed sheets, hardly any, not again unless by mistake.

Third time was not a charm
Great location but this was my 3rd time staying here in the last year and was very disappointed. Must have been a change of mgt because the other times was perfect. We changed rooms 2x. Once for leaks and the other the AC stopped working. We always went to eat breakfast at 9am and 3 out of 5 times they were out of several things. One evening while returning from the beach with my family at 530pm the front desk had locked the doors and we had to wait outside 30 minutes for someone to let us inside. The front desk clerk that come from thee back room you could tell was obviously sleeping. I travel a lot and this is the first time I have complained about any hotel. It is always easier to keep a customer than to find a new one. Will never venture there again.

O hotel está em evidente processo de decadência. Houve um incidente envolvendo o possível furto de um celular de um hóspede, agravado pelo fato de os funcionários não terem acesso às câmeras de segurança. A situação exigiu a presença da polícia militar, o que gerou desconforto e sensação de insegurança no local. Além disso, há falhas estruturais e de serviço, como a ausência de tapetes e toalhas de rosto nos banheiros, e quartos sem interfones, obrigando os hóspedes a se deslocarem até a recepção para qualquer necessidade. O café da manhã é apenas razoável e, considerando o preço e os serviços oferecidos, há opções muito melhores em Salvador. Já me hospedei diversas vezes neste hotel, mas esta foi a última. Não retornarei.

Não indico para ninguém!
Ambiente horrível e com um clima péssimo também, havia uma pingueira no chuveiro do banheiro que incomodava até para dormir, fora que o banheiro estava sujo, box podre. Camas com lençóis manchados e pisos do chão quebrados também, tinha uma mesa de porcelanato no quarto também e a mesma também estava quebrada. Localizar ruim pra quem deseja conhecer os melhores pontos do rio vermelho a pé.
