Falsche Angabe im Inserat
Das Haus war sehr schƶn und es war herrlich, die Terrasse mit Meerblick zu nutzen. Der Service vor Ort durch Leandro war sehr gut. ABER: Das Haus befand sich weit weg von dem Ort, der im Inserat angegeben wurde. Wir buchten ein Haus 3 Minuten zu FuƟ vom Spaggia Pescoluse entfernt. Bekommen haben wir ein abgelegenes Haus, von dem aus kein Strand fuƟlƤufig erreichbar war. Es befand sich Ć¼berhaupt nicht in der NƤhe des Spaggia Pescoluse. Wie haben uns mehrfach mit dem Vermieter und der Agenur in Verbindung gesetzt und haben dies bemƤngelt. Niemand konnte oder wollte uns helfen. Wir erwarten eine Erstattung aufgrund der Angabe falscher Tatsachen! Wir hƤtten das Haus in dieser Lage ganz sicher nicht gebucht. Im Grunde ist es Betrug.

Genialer Ausblick, aber einige Falschangaben
Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und es kann sein. dass wir einmal wieder kommen. Besonders hervorziheben ist der groƟartige Ausblick. Allerdings sind einige Angaben in der Beschreibung schlichtweg falsch: Der Strand von Pescoluse ist niemals in Gehminuten erreichbar. Zu FuƟ benƶtigt man mindestens eine Stunde. In 20 Minuten erreicht man zu FuƟ den Strand von Torre Pali. Da man nach einem Bad im Meer, den Aufstieg lieber vermeidet, mussten wir doch meistens das Auto nutzen. FĆ¼r uns war StrandnƤhe Entscheidungskriterium Nr.1 und ist somit nicht erfĆ¼llt worden. In der Beschreibung werden 2 Badezimmer erwƤhnt, es gab aber nur eines. Auch die genannte Garage war nicht vorhanden. Zudem wird nicht erwƤhnt. dass es sich im Grunde um eine DoppelhaushƤlfte handelt, man also nicht alleine ist. Wir hatten allerdings GlĆ¼ck mit unseren sehr netten Nachbarn. Das kann aber auch anders laufen und war so laut Beschreibung unklar. Die HandtĆ¼cher waren zuƤchst nicht vorhanden, wurden uns nach Aufforderung aber gebracht. Eine richtig tolle Sache war die AuƟendusche. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass sich der Hausbesitzer nach einem Unwetter darum gekĆ¼mmert hatte, dass die entstandenen Schlaglƶcher am Zufahrtsweg bereits am Folgetag beseitigt waren. Im Gegensatz zu seinem Verwalter, dessen Ɯbergabe sehr oberflƤchlich und schnell war, war der Besitzer stets sehr zuvorkommend.

Annonce sur Abritel mensongĆØre !!! Ce nā€™est pas une maison entiĆØre mais une maison divisĆ©e en 2 appartements. Avec aucune sĆ©paration dans la Terrace! On se retrouve Ć  2mĆØtres de nos voisins un super vis Ć  vis directe aucune partie privĆ© sur lā€™extĆ©rieur! ArrivĆ© sur place pas de linges/draps de lit et autres qui Ć©tait Ć©crit dans lā€™annonce! Le propriĆ©taire a eu la gentillesse de nous en fournir. Je recommande cette maison si vous la partagez avec des amis sinon je recommande pas du tout !!! ExpĆ©rience que nous renouvellerons pas! Merci Abritel pour cette magnifique MAUVAISE surprise car lā€™annonce nā€™est pas honnĆŖte!
