You'll fall in love with this multi-level home! This home is located in the community of Salvo's Wind Over Waves. It is equipped with incredible amenities throughout both levels and outside. The Seagull's French Fry has a large lot and offers ocean access just a quick walk away, a concrete boat ramp, and a community pier/boardwalk. What are you waiting for?
Three bedrooms with TVs, en suite bathrooms, and access to decks on the first level. You'll also find a game room with a foosball table, a TV, and a full-size fridge to store your snacks and goodies. This level also offers access to a covered deck with a private hot tub overlooking the enclosed yard, where a sparkling private pool will be waiting for you, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The pool area has two picnic tables, a gas grill, and a bar area with warm nighttime lighting, perfect for fun poolside meals.
Upstairs, you'll find a gorgeous open floor plan. The kitchen is a delight with its stainless steel appliances and black granite countertops. You'll have all the essentials to prepare everything, from full-course meals to quick snacks on the go and sweet desserts. dishwasher not working, toilet in master bath broken
I called about the broken dishwasher and toilet on our first day. they never came out to fix these concerns and never called to update me.

Beautiful Family Vacation
Private lot with plenty to do. Right across from the beach, small ice cream shop, and several local restaurants. House was clean and the private pool gave my family and I a great alternative activity when we weren’t at the beach!

We had a pretty good experience!
The check in process was easy! House was nice but there was a bit of trash on the ground behind the house. The beds were decent - one of our friends slept in a bed she didn’t like but the rest were fine. The house had LOTS of stuff to keep the kids entertained and also had many utensils and kitchen gadgets. The pool and hot tub worked great. The bottom of the pool had a slightly rough texture that irritated the kids feet but overall it was nice. Our big challenge was getting Vacasa (the property mgmt co) to bring enough towels and pillow cases. There were 10 of us and only 8 towels. On our third day they finally responded to our request.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The house was super close to the beach (five minute walk) and close to an ice cream shop. So the kids were thrilled.

Very disappointing. Shameful even.
Honestly thos was a very disappointing experience. The house was dirty when we got there. Litetly the floors had food and drink stains on the. The carpets were not vacuumed. There was food and dirt on the carpet under the dining room table. The property manager? did offer to have someone come out and clean which i declined si cer we were settled in at the time they asked. The worst thing was tje refrigerator was not cooling when we were there. Temp was set at 37 but the fridge resgistered 51. When i adressed this with Vacasa they said the would send a tech out in the morning. Not 5 minutes later i got a follow up text that stated the refrigerator was not an ammenity of the house. Really. 9k a week for a dirty house and the fridge is not a priority. In a family vacay destination and a 4 bedroom house thay sleeps 10. So shameful. I honestly couldnt believe the response.

The Seagull’s French Fry was a great find. We loved the pool and the set up of the house.
Unfortunately we arrived to a somewhat unclean house. We also did not have towels for everyone. I found extra towels in the washing machine and washed those so we had some. I also had to vacuum and clean the upstairs of the house. Minus these small issues, we loved staying at the house. We absolutely loved having a pool and would not do another house in the OBX without one.
