There are not enough words of gratefulness for the management and staff of Master Mirabell. My husband ended up in the hospital and the few important requests I asked for were granted as itā€™s difficult to be everywhere at once. I would give the 10 stars if I could. Thank you again for helping a tourist turned temporary resident. Master Mirabell is safe, clean, and centrally located for sightseeing! All the best and blessings to you all!!

Wonderful stay & only a 10min walk to Old Town! Seamless check in AND our room was available prior to check in time which was fantastic after a long travel day. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space. The bathroom was clean as well and the shower had good water pressure.

I really enjoyed this place. We were three adultsā€¦.the couch that opened up was very comfy. The large bed in bedroom was big and super comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Even a shoe horn! We did our laundry downstairsā€¦.so appreciated being able to do that.

Very nice, new apartment with everything we need and in a good part of Salzburg, everything in easy walking distance. We did not have hot water for the last two days of our stay. The staff were quick to react, but it couldnā€™t be sorted whilst we were there. Sadly this means we canā€™t give it 5 stars, as otherwise it was faultless.

Entering was difficult on our first evening. We had been traveling and did not have access to our emails so did not receive the information of how to enter the building. It was a frantic situation as our phones were not working either. Also, not having someone available to answer questions being there was no staff on site was a bit interesting.

This is a newly renovated property, bathroom is spacious. Nice to have a kitchen. Windows open. Bedding is comfortable. Close to Mirabel Gardens and walkable to the Old Town.

So happy with my choice to stay here. The location is amazing. Easy to walk around and lots of bus lines are just around the hotel. The bed and comforter are so comfortable, really have a great nights of sleep. The amenities (kitchen supplies) are good. The shampoo, conditioner and soaps also smelled really pleasant. I highly recommend this place!

These apartments are in a good location, not too far from the station and right near Mirabella gardens ( which has a fancy indoor pool). The old city is only 10 mins walk away. The apartments are well kitted out with kitchen equipment normally not provided, paper towels etc. There is a nespresso machine. We had a room on the busy street and the windows were quite soundproofed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom functional. We had a compact one bedroom which is meant to be able to sleep 4. Let me tell you it would be very uncomfortable with four, we were three people (parents and child) and once the sofa bed is extended there is no floor space left for luggage or a table/chairs. So although there is quite a functional kitchen there is nowhere to sit and eat hot food. They provide only a small coffee table. Also they have a weird WhatsApp system that is the only way you can get your access/room code. For us this didn't work at all resulting in us having to wait on the street, and then wait inside while the maintenance person emailled headquarters to get the code, which was wrong and needed to be set again. If you arrived after hours and couldn't get the code or forgot it you'd be locked out on the street. Note to management if you are going to persist with this stupid system - the WhatsApp people really need to check that customers have received their code, i.e if no response then send a message through alternative channel e.g. booking app or via email

masterMirabell is close to Mirabell Gardens and there are restaurants and a grocery nearby. If you want to take a hop on hop off bus tour the starting point is an easy walk down the road. Old town is also nearby (across the river).

There is nothing we didnā€™t like about this property, the apartment was in excellent/new condition. The location was fabulous! If youā€™re visiting Salzburg, the Master Mirabell is a perfect choice. We stayed in the studio apartment which had a balcony, absolutely perfect for 2!
