Great hotel apartment, fantastic location. You can walk to and from train station, over to Mozartplatz, and is next door to Mirabell Gardens. Easy check-in and elevator for convenience.

Perfect location within 10 minute walk from Salzburg Hbf train station. Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. Staff were super nice and managed to get us an early check-in but note that this is not always possible. We liaised directly with them through Whatsapp and they responded within minutes. Air con inside the room was great given we had a couple of really hot days. Not great to leave your window open at night for fresh air because its a really busy road. Air con helped with that perfectly. Ample room in the one bed apartment for me, wife and child. Some basic cooking facilities such as microwave, toaster and a hot plate. Kettle as standard. Get on to the under floor heating in the bathroom too! We dried our clothes on there with our first day being incredibly rainy non-stop. :) If you want that bit more room and more facilities to save having to spend on the local restaurants every day, this place is literally perfect. Also, it is right by the Pandora tour operator that does the Sound of Music Tour..........thats why you are here.......right??? Full marks. Well done Master Mirabell team.

Started off badly but quickly resolved,
Our stay got off to a bit of bad start due to some issues with the room cleanliness and maintenance on arrival. However the staff were there in minutes as soon as we reported the problems and largely resolved them quickly. So top marks for that. The main issue remaining was a strong smell of curry, which persisted for several days. We suspected either previous residents or neighbours. Apart from that we had a great stay. The apartments are in a great location, near Mirabell palace and gardens. Bus stops are nearby as are plenty of eating places and supermarkets. A short bus ride to larger supermarkets. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were a bit nervous about the Check-in and entry process, as the reception is only manned part time. But all worked very well, no issues at all. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Salzburg and the surrounding area are beautiful.

Check in and access very easy. Property is modern and nicely decorated. Problem with shower …. It wouldn’t stay up properly. Had to tie it with a shoe lace. Outdoor sitting area looks ionto overgrown area. Could be prettied up a bit? Bed very comfortable,. Easy flat 15 minute walk to old town and places to eat and shop. Overall very happy with our stay.

el departamento es excelente. La ubicación muy buena. La atención excelente (todo por Whastapp) y recepción en horario hasta 17 hs. Solo le falta una percha en el baño, una silla si son mas de 2 personas y un poquito de velocidad de red. El resto repetiria una y mil veces para regresara este departamento. Ah me olvidaba, al llegar nos dejaron una botella grande de agua y galletitas y el segundo dia una botella de vino. GENIAL

Coming from America I’m not used to staying in hotels or BnB’s that do not have washcloths in the bathroom. I wish there were instructions in the laundry room in German and English on how to operate the washer and dryer. The property and room were clean and modern.
