Staff is very good but is not trained to take individual simple measures, always have to ask superiors for permission to assist on small matters that out of their normal routine. This should be addressed . Overall the property is well run very accommodating and you will find all the amenities you should expect from a highly rated hotel .

The unmistakable Taj Experience. Perfect in every
Stayed at the Taj Devanahalli with my mom on our way back to the US. As always, everything was perfect. The room was super clean. The best part is that, you can actually walk from the domestic airport through a covered bridge.

This is an accurate overview. Warm reception in the excellent reception area and a buggy was provided to new wing of the hotel, bags followed to room 40 minutes later (after phoning asking where they where). Had not eaten all day, so went to the Cafe 77 restaurant at 5.00pm , paid for the meal so we did not have any delay when leaving at 4.00 in the morning. However, a waiter run after us to sign as he thought we had not paid. Bathroom noisy and light flashes in ceiling throughout the night and there was no taxi waiting in the morning as agreed (provided within 10 minutes though). But the biggest blight was the severe food poisoning on the flight home and next day. Very disappointing from a 5 star hotel.

The rooms in the new west wing are not as good as the east wing. Being a new construction, one would expect them to be better, but was very disappointed with the overall quality of the construction. The bathroom is very small. Interior work is sub- quality.

A beautiful property located in easy walking distance from domestic terminal (1) and a short driving distance from international terminal (2) for which they provided free car service. All staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only frustration was alcohol sales during the Indian election were prohibited at the hotel for several days, but other travelers we spoke with said these rules were not enforced for them.
