Pengalaman pertama di Amaris Samarinda, check in jam 2 siang ketika kami datang jam 2 lewat kamar belum siap, jadi menunggu sekitar setengah jam. Resepsionis kurang ramah,pelit senyum,kaku. kamar sangat kecil,ya untuk sekedar tidur aja ga masalah. Secara keseluruhan fasilitasnya sedang aja, tinggal resepsionis aja yang sekiranya ga pas untuk duduk di posisi front office mending diganti aja dengan yg sabar,ramah jd kesan prtama yang didapat adalah ini hotel yang ramah.,..bukan sebaliknya
