The Space:
Welcome to our two-storey retreat, nestled in the heart of the peaceful Koumeika village in Samos, perfect for accommodating up to 6 guests!
The ground floor features a spacious living room and dining area, adorned with stone accents that set the scene for relaxation. Here, you will find a comfortable double sofa bed that can easily accommodate two guests.
On the ground floor you will also find a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern amenities to cater to your culinary desires and a well-appointed bathroom with a shower.
Ascending the staircase reveals a quaint viewing window, framing traditional storage pots that provide a glimpse into Samos' rich past.
On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a cozy double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the 2nd bedroom offers two snug single beds. On the upper floor you will also find a second bathroom with shower to ensure privacy and relaxation.
The space offers modern amenities, including fan coils throughout, allowing you to adjust the room temperature according to your preference.
