The staff of the hotel are extremes, there are some (very few) of the staff that is attentive, most of them are quite displeasing, unfriendly. For example, the safelock didn{t worked on the room and i asked one of the hotel staff about who can help, the man was clipping his nails and didn{t stopped clipping his nails while telling me that he could not help, that the cashier has to go to the room and fix it (in fact seems that the cashier is the only person that constantly works on the hotel). The rest of the staff is more or less the same, thay are very busy chatting and less attentive with the guests. The restaurant staff are just ok, the receptionis is a thing of luck, sometimes the smile and greet, most of time they are feeling like you´re a paying nuicanse than a costumer. The room is in very bad state, the bathroom barely works. And ypu better bring your own shampoo since the hotel onle offers soap and toilet paper.
