We signed up for a king size bedroom and the room was too small to be a king size bedroom. The bed was queen size. They had not pick up trash from previous day. There was no coffee machine in the room. They don’t have parking—they only have valet parking. Only paid breakfast.

Do NOT give them your money! Stay somewhere else!
Noisiest hotel experience I’ve ever had along with the rudest (sans the front desk) staff I have ever encountered. Checkout is 12pm and even with a hanger on your door, housekeeping will come banging on your door in the morning to ask what time you’re leaving. Unless there is an opportunity for a tip, all hotel staff (bellhops, restaurant staff, etc) alll seem completely annoyed to have to speak to guests. Extremely pretentious, ostentatious, presumptuous staff (again, minus the front desk) who, in absolutely no way, shape or form, made us feel welcome, but rather made us feel as if we were an annoyance and putting them out. Non stop banging, slamming, etc…DO NOT expect a restful stay. You will be extremely disappointed. Spend more, if necessary, and stay elsewhere.

The room was interesting, very modern. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. It as a bit noisy in the morning. I could hear people talking in the next room and banging around, but no issues at night.

We arrived the hotel after a long drive. We were ready to rest after a long journey, we were checked into an handicap room for the night, we had no problems sleeping in one but that was not what we paid for. And when we requested a room change we were told that it’s the only option we had. Upon insisting we were finally put in a king room which they had all along. My point is why try to force us to stay in a room that we didn’t choose when I made reservations when there’s was a king room that you could have checked us into without putting us through the unnecessary stress after a long drive. One of the receptionist said that the handicap room was given to us because we booked through a party. I have never heard anything like that when using third party. Secondly, I was charged 3 nights for valet parking instead of 2nights. I’m glad I caught those changes and my money was returned to my account. If I didn’t catch that I would have been charged extra for services I didn’t use.

Room looks nice but lacks comfort. There is not enough too. To move around the two beds. It should be just one bed. One of the beds was near the bathroom with a glass door ( think night time use of the bathroom). The sprinkler sensor was so visible to that bed. The room was noisy, it was like a pipe knocking noise almost every 25 seconds. The lighting left to be desired. Cleaning was every other day, but when the room was cleaned after 2 days, the shower was left as is, with hair on the floor, and smudges on the glass door. Obviously, it had not been cleaned. The hydration system was a good idea, but when I used it, the water coming out of that was grey. My daughter said ‘no, you are not driving that’. I reported the problem and was not notified if it had been addressed. Overall, very disappointed. I will not stay in an AC hotel anymore.
