Blue House - Suite 3

The Arbor House dates back to 1903 when a Swiss cabinet maker built these cottage homes for himself and his family. We pride ourselves in providing our guests with an authentic San Antonio stay. New management is excited and thrilled to provide new experiences in downtown SA. Conveniently located one block from La Villita and River Walk and two blocks from Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

Located on the second floor your suite comes with a bedroom with a king bed and a living area with a full size sleeper sofa. Your space has its own bathroom and kitchen area with a microwave, sink, dishes, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Additionally your suite comes with a private porch for your enjoyment.

Please make sure to enjoy the garden area and porch patio.

We had a great stay at the blue house. The hosts were very communicative and answered right away. Great location, everything downtown is walkable from the property. The suite is very comfortable and is a relaxing environment to enjoy your vacation. We will stay here again.

The building was built in the early 1900s giving it the charm of old San Antonio. It has been restored and was clean and nice. It was a short walk to the Riverwalk and that is were we spent most of our time. We had our flight canceled and they were able to easily extend our stay one day. We were very satisfied.

Great location for Riverwalk activities.
The arbor house is only a close walk to the Riverwalk area and Alamo, and also a village shopping center with great breakfast and lunch. We spent several days there and just took a taxi from the airport and an Uber back, so I did not need a car. Check in process was very easy, and great communication with the owner throughout our stay. Suite 3 is a living room and bedroom, very clean, and perfect for what we wanted.
